I am utterly and completely appalled by the awful service that we experienced here. My dear friend had the most simple request, a singular happy meal. We were so excited to open up the delicate folds of the joyful box! But our hearts sank when we saw a sorrowful sight. There was no toy waiting for us within the confines of the canister. Absolutely awful service. I will be here again, and not to get food, I will come back to get that toy.

Third time to try. Won’t go back. First time gave us someone else’s food and refused to fix. Second time, shorted half our meal refused to fix. Third time, only ordered drinks. Iced coffee was all grinds and the girl at the window said she didn’t know how to make an iced coffee should she add cream and sugar or plain cause it didn’t make sense to her. The sweet teA for my daughter looked like ice water and I said it wasn’t tea and she told me to deal that’s how they came out of the machine. Horrible service three times. Horrible food. Won’t go back. Sad for being a kings island fast food

Looks like a nice McDonald’s, but I walked in on a Saturday night and the place was totally overwhelmed. I saw at least 6 people standing there with tickets and no orders were being handed out, floor was a mess, I just walked out. I’d skip.

Stopped in after a KI trip and the lobby wasn’t very busy but the drive thru had about 8 cars in line. There was no one at the counter to take orders so we used the kiosk. No one can to give our drink cups so we took a number, as instructed, and went to sit down (the kiosk says they bring the food to you). Almost every table was filthy dirty with sauces and stuff on it, we found the cleanest with only some wrappers and threw those away to sit down.

Restaurant was dirty, trash everywhere and most of the kiosk were either closed or the ones that worked had something wrong with them without any knowledge of them being broke. Food was slow and no one was at the counter to help us with an order.

Says store open the lobby at 7 but at 7:20 the doors were locked still. I ordered in the app to pick up at the counter but I could not since the door was locked. I went through the drive thru no big deal until the employee he’s kept telling me I would need to pick it up inside I told them I’d be happy to if they unlock their doors they then handed me my order through the drive-thru. I’m normally not one to complain but this is happened several weeks in a row and the attitude that is served to me with my breakfast continues to go down hill.

There are many area McDonald’s restaurants, so I recommend choosing a different one if you expect to eat the food you purchase. ☹️ Bathrooms are not well maintained and the eating area was a mess on my most recent visit. Staff doesn’t appear to want to wait on customers inside the store.
