I was excited to visit this new local branch but might be tough to come back after todays visit. The lines (drive through/online order/in restaurant) barely move, it takes approximately 10 minutes to get a single order processed. It seemed like the staff would benefit from additional management support and training, and perhaps extra personnel. The food quantity is severely underwhelming too.. I ordered a double chicken bowl and the plate was still empty. I’d love to come back when management reviews and improves operations in here. Taste was good though. 1 star overall.

I have to say that this is my first time ordering in this new location. Well very poor quantity of everything inside my burritos, I got a skinny burrito. I used to get a huge burrito with plenty rice, beans and MEAT, so I won’t back to this location again.

I hardly ever complain about a restaurant, especially enough to leave a review, but this particular location has gone unpunished for far too long and if I can assist even the slightest iota in bringing some sort of attention to higher management or corporate then I would love to. This place has gone from not just having the worst service I’ve ever had to endure at any restaurant, but to having downright inedible food. I am someone who eats Chipotle about three times a week some weeks, and although the quality varies between each visit I’ve never been unable to finish the meal. First of all, coming to this location is a gamble in and of itself considering they close randomly at different points in the day. Secondly, there’s not a single employee in there that gives standard portions. However all of this could’ve been overlooked, if it were not for the fact that my latest visit included chicken that was so burnt, I could not even stomach the meal. None of my other visits, as abysmal as they may have been, have included food that I could not eat. I cannot remember the last time, if ever, I went to a restaurant and have been unable to eat the food. The craziest part is, this is all after having somehow still having an appetite after walking through their pigsty of an interior, that has obviously not been cleaned once since the location has opened. You’ll need to throw away your shoes and change all your clothes after your meal, that is if you can even get to the meal. I will not be returning and I hope this location shuts down.

This was the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It took them over an hour to make my online order, and they were out of all my main ingredients. I understand, being out of one ingredient, but not all of them. The workers did not care. There was a girl in the restaurant with me waiting an hour and a half for her order. This is not how you conduct business.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Placed a online ordered and waited over a hour. They still hadn’t even started the order and couldn’t cancel it for me. They said I would have to call corporate. She told me they are understaffed and have been backed up all day.. and then hung up on me. The entire place was packed with people having the same experience.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes the manager came out and said they “switched to mobile orders only” for the day. Service was incredibly slow up until this point as well and they did nothing to address the 10-15 people that had been waiting in line for a half hour plus.
