The food is fine. The trick is getting what you want. If you stop at this store after 6 pm, their cooked chicken inventory is very low. You may have a difficult time getting what you came for. You will have to settle for something they have or wait a very long time. If you want dark meat only, it won’t be easy. At the prices, they are charging for Kentucky Fried Chicken. You should get whatever you want with excellent service.

Ordered two original chicken sandwiches [one for myself, one for a friend]. My friend was going to get wraps, but wanted the larger sandwich with a full filet. They said it would be a ten minute wait, I said that was fine. Pulled up to the window to pay/ get my drink and 2 minutes later had a bag of food. Got back to work and realized there’s no mayo on either sandwich and they used 2 tenders instead of the sandwich filet, which are much smaller than a regular filet would be. Not okay. This location continues to be a miss.. I only go once every few months because they never give me the correct order.

I stopped at the Robinson St Binghamton NY location last night 5/15/23 at 8:55pm and they were already closed!! They’re Supposed to be open until 10pm Every Day according to the hours posted on the door and website!!! All the lights were still on but I couldn’t see anybody inside! The doors were locked, there was No One at the drive up and No One answered the phone!! I was Really Disappointed and Frustrated because I was Really, Really craving KFC!!!

Picking up a takeout order was absolutely ridiculous and took over 20 minutes at the store. On a Saturday at 8:15 p.m. the doors were locked, so I was forced to go to the drive-up window to get my order. Once I finally got to the window I was told I had to announce myself at the drive up ordering site, so I had to drive around the building and get in line and wait some more. Then when I get home I see my order is not for original as I ordered but they mixed in a bunch of extra crispy which I don’t like. And I won’t even mention how disgustingly dirty the place is. Oh wait I just did! Two stars is probably too generous

Overpriced Beyond belief. And don’t expect to get what you asked for in your box. Apparently the sauces are too expensive to give them out even when you ask for them. I Won’t visit this place again. The employees seem like they could care less about serving customers
