Very disappointed with the service on June 10, 2023! Coming back from a dance recital in New Bremen and we get there at 9:30pm to order food. Given their close time at 10pm, this should have been no issue. We pull in to the speaker and order our food to be met with “sorry our kitchen is closed”. Kitchen closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night when your close time is 10? I worked fast food and know how it goes trying to clean and get done early, but you don’t “close” the kitchen before you close. To make matters worse, we were stuck in line in the drive thru and they didn’t even have the decency of a heads up before being stuck for an extra 6 minutes while every other business around close at the same you do.

Never had a burger from DQ. Had a cheeseburger and it was outstanding! Exactly how I would make it at home! Employees were friendly and efficient. I will be back!

Was planning on getting lunch at Wendy’s but the line was out to the road. So we stopped at dairy queen and ordered off of their 2 for 4 menu. AMAZING! The food was hot and delicious the workers were very kind and the service was quick. Also I spent as much here as I typically do when ordering Wendy’s 4 for 4 and dairy queen’s food was way better.

Last night, Tuesday April 27 @ 7pm we visited this location. When we are craving ice cream we always go to this location even though we have one in our town. I ordered a medium banana split blizzard with extra chocolate because they never give me enough chocolate. The lady taking our order said something about they don’t put a lot of chocolate in anything because, after that we couldn’t understand what she was saying. When she brought our order she looked at me and said ” I strongly suggest next time order your blizzard with chocolate ice cream and by the way I made your blizzard soft for you”. I could have drank it! No I didn’t return it. Should have but didn’t want a confrontation. I am a 69 yr old lady and she made me feel like I was a kid. Do not question a customer what they want . Make it and serve it with a smile please.

My brother and I went to go get blizzards and he ordered a Oreo blizzard with caramel sauce. He took one bite and said it tasted like peanut butter. I took a taste as well and it did in fact taste like peanut butter and I had to give him his EpiPen because he is allergic to peanuts. I don’t know if they added the peanut butter sauce in it or didn’t clean their machine after making a blizzard before us but this was a BIG hazard and I’m worried for other people who are allergic to certain things.

We stopped by for a blizzard to have on our way back home to indiana. We went drive thru and it was slow moving. We are used to the blizzard . being thick. In indiana they turn the cup upside down to prove thickness. We got the blizzard and needed lids and napkins. The ice cream was running down the side so. We parked and cleaned the mess lucky for us I had extra napkins. The raspberries in my blizzard were sour and bitter. I have not had bitter berries in my blizzard before. I think they were spoiled. I will not order that again. Very disappointed.

I went in and ordered 2 of the 4 piece chicken strip.baskets and 1 of the 6 piece chicken strip baskets and some blizzards for my family and when I got home to give the kids and husband there food the chicken was like rubber and the fries and toast too like it has been sitting under the warmer for way to long!!. I never had a issue like this at the new Bremen location till now! If I would of checked it before leaving I would of told them and requested some fresh food but I shouldn’t have to especially after paying $35 dollars for food and blizzards!!. I recommend for people to now on check there food before going home to make sure its edible!! It was not like I came at a late timing it was 7 pm!!!. I was so tempted to put all the food back in the box and bring it back!But I bit my lip… and I never make reviews but this time makes it necessary!!!!!!!!I will not eat there chicken strips again!!!!
