Best Subs and the crew is so friendly. If you are looking for a mouth watering, reasonable-price sub go for the medium size. The Mac and cheese was delicious and so far two visits and the consistency is spot on. I tease they make the best subs but I really could be telling the truth.

I had never been to Firehouse subs and thought I would give it a try. I was in the midst of traveling to a campground for the evening and thought I’d try their Italian and see how it was. It was a nice big sandwich, but there was just something a bit off about it. Maybe I just didn’t care for the Italian dressing they add on? I’m not a big sauce/condiment person, but it sounded good at the time. There was a ton of meat on the sandwich and not much for veggies… which for some probably sounds like a dream sandwich. Just wasn’t one for me I guess. Next time I’ll have to try one of their hot sandwiches.

My favorite Firehouse Sub location. Very clean and the staff is super friendly. The sandwiches and salads are really delicious! You can sit down here and be served your meal after you order at the register. Easy access and plenty of free parking.

I like the food. The service at this location, however, is pathetic. I’ve ordered meatball subs here with no line and had them take 15+ minutes to make. This is the problem with these businesses fixated on serving Doordash, etc. – they fail to prioritize the customers that bothered to come in.

Clean environment. Friendly helpful service. Alot of food for the price. Amazing flavors. They cleaned the clean tables, and helped take away the trash when we were done. Order at counter and they bring the food to the table.

I’m a DoorDash driver and I was delivering an order before opening hours and the sidewalk in front of their store was not salted at all so I told her she needs to salt outside of the store because I fell and hurt my knee really bad and I got back in my car and then I saw her in the window, staring at me giving me a really bad look so I asked her what her problem was, and then she said she was sorry and she would do the salt, but was more concerned of why I swore at her maybe it’s because you should’ve noticed all the ice when you came in the store that morning and probably should’ve put salt down She’s lucky I didn’t break anything or I would’ve sued the store. I’m not a customer I’m doing you a service bringing you your order. Do better.

Firehouse Subs in Biddeford is our new go to on our way to Southern Maine. Subs are always delicious and consistent no matter what day or time you stop by. Firehouse is not your typical sub shop. Meats are lean and delicious. Toppings are fresh and plentiful. The wheat bread is flavorful and fresh. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Absolutely the best sub chain going.
