What a great place for sushi. The staff is polite, the food is delicious, and the location is off the beaten path.

This place is awesome! We took our parents for their 60th anniversary and Tommy the manager was just so attentive and amazing! He treated us so good!

The place has changed owners and a few staff members but the sushi we enjoyed their first night was on point and well presented. The fish and ingredients were fresh and the portions well worth the visit. We will be coming back again & again! Tommy aka Yanto is a mainstay! Thanks for remembering us Yanto!

My 8 year old son and I had a Mommy Dinner Date here the Saturday before Mother’s Day. We sat at the sushi bar so he could see the chefs in action. The waitstaff was super friendly, engaged with my son, and were very attentive throughout. We shared edamame, and I had spicy tuna tartare (served in a stack with avocado and mango, and 3 types of roe on top) – delicious! Little man had steamed pork gyoza and finished the platter of 5 or 6 himself. They brought kids chopsticks and a fork, so my son could choose. We ordered 3 specialty rolls – way too much for the two of us, but they all sounded so good, we decided to just go for it. They surprised us with an incredible omikase-style presentation! Completely unexpected and such a wonderful and kind gesture. We knew Daddy would be up for leftovers, so we saved room for dessert. We decided on a scoop of vanilla, and a tempura fried green tea. They must’ve heard us debating the chocolate cake, because the server returned with chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla, and the green tea. They wished me a Happy Mother’s Day and said dessert was on the house! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience (unless they had bar service and lychee martinis ;-). We will most definitely be back, and happy to support these new owners who are really going out of there way to deliver a great experience. I’m not being paid for this recommendation, but I did get free dessert 🙂 Thanks again!!

Thank you for an interesting and good experience, first time there, exploring the LES. I came to work there but had some difficulty concentrating due to music. I felt somewhat comfortable, good tables, chairs, couches and free wifi with lots of outlets. Nice people there. Good coffee also. I liked the friendly person who made my order, a very delicious egg, cheese & avocado bagel sandwich.

So delicious! Beautiful presentation! This is our new favorite sushi place and the Ramen is also excellent. Super friendly staff too.. We brought our kids and the servers engaged really well with them. We’ve been here twice and will definitely be back 😉

Let’s start off positives… Gentlemen (there were only male stuff) were extremely friendly; the interior looked quite authentic and actually reminded me Asia. Now negative side… Even though, we were the only customers at the time my salmon teriyaki was warmed up, not cooked from scratch as well as shrimp tempura (the name on the menu is different because it comes with a salad). Oh and their Tuna tartare was the worst I’ve ever had. The Philadelphia roll was average. I don’t recommend dining at this restaurant.
