Let me start with the food; the chimichanga was bland except the meat. The “carnitas” was very flavorful, though it was al pastor, not traditional carnitas. The super wet burrito is huge. Again, the meat was good, but the sauce is just glorified spaghetti sauce with the salsa added in. Where is the traditional red sauce? The salsa is pace picante. The service is horrible. They spent the entire time flirting and gossiping jn the back. We had to chase them down for the check. Will I come back? Absolutely not.

Wow, am I surprised! Pleasantly so. Very good and authentic Mexican food. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Large portions and very good, friendly service. Don’t waste your time going to In N Out burgers next door. Your time and money are better spent here in this mom and pop Mexican restaurant. Trust me, you’ll be happy you did. Oh, and the mango marguerita is fantastic!!

Ordered dinner to go and it was ready in 10 minutes, the old couple working there were extremely nice, and the asada was amazing, not old or rubbery tasting. Got beef nachos, a wet burrito, and two sodas for 30$! 10/10 recommend

This makes two days in a row of visiting to eat Camarones Aguachile. Shrimps in lime juice with jalapeno. Spicy, sour, and excellent. I tend to try and order different things each tinge I visit a restaurant, but this time it was a repeat of the previous night.

Always super friendly service, super filling food, and a wonderful atmosphere. They hand make their own sauces and everything is made in kitchen, on top of that it’s either fresh or cooked so well that you can’t tell if it’s from a can or not. Everyone should bring their business here! I can’t eat Mexican anywhere else without missing La Salsa!
