Read about this speakeasy on OC Register and my wife and I had a fantastic time!

I found YNK last minute while looking for a place to hang out for a few hours. The bartender and the cozy atmosphere were very welcoming. Not a place for large crowds but very comfortable. The drink selection was not huge, but it was very good quality and creative mixes using very good ingredients. The food menu was larger than expected and service was fast. I had a salad, but it was not inspired.

This is such a gem of the Irvine Marriott. Ben, our bartender, was so great at making drinks and really dedicated to his mixology/bartending craft. The decor in there is so cool and we stayed for a long time. The tiki cups are awesome and you can tell a ton of thought and art went into making this little place. I can’t wait to go here again and was very impressed. So glad they opened up Wednesday nights now too!

While it may not be a traditional speakeasy with a hidden entrance, it offers a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. During our visit, they had a Tiki theme, which wasn’t my preferred category due to the use of fruit juices and flavored syrups, but luckily, they had some options without these ingredients on the menu.

I thought it was a great location, great service and great bar service. It was well worth the stop especially if you are staying at the hotel.

YNK is small, but awesome! We stopped by here after dinner at the Melting Pot. It was the best way to end the evening. It’s a creative little spot. When we went, the theme was Amsterdam. The décor and drinks were all part of the theme. Their drink menus are hand written/drawn, which adds to the fun! We were told the theme changes every few months to bring something new and different. They keep some of the old drinks, but not all as some have special mixers, so be sure to ask the bartenders if you are not picking a drink from their current theme. Keep in mind these are craft cocktails and they take time, so if you are looking for a quick drink, this may not be the place for you. There is an art about all of it, so take your time, enjoy the vibes and sip your drink. I can’t wait to go back!

Love this little lounge so much I don’t even want to tell you about it. 1: It’s tucked away towards the back; 2. Mixologist Jonathan is awesome; 3. The cocktail menu always changes: 4. Love the 1960s retro decor; 5. Makes me feel like I’m lounging in my own private home with a bar keeping table stocked full to satisfy my every whim and fancy. 6. What more can you ask for? 7. Oh- full kitchen menu available and servers will bring right to you without you leaving the lounge.

Relaxing, good eats, mixologist, and nice scenery. Staff is very pleasant, attentive, and if you want something sooner there each seating area or table has a service button. You can relax outside on the patio, just inside and feel the slightly cool breeze. Sit at the bar, the speak easy, or at tables.

Best old fashioned I’ve ever had. Unique. No menu. Tell Jonathan what you like, and he makes you what you want. It’s like having Virgil abloh make you clothes on the spot, but it’s for drinks. Insanely good. This bartender is going places…or maybe this is the place; he has his own bar…
