We were on a long road trip and stopped for a quick bite. The restaurant seemed clean and new looking compared to many subways I’ve seen. A girl named Tera greeted us and happily said “Welcome to the land where sandwiches are made!” She was fun and polite. She started our order and asked us about our trip. Things were going well until this rude bitter faced guy named Thomas (maybe the manager or owner?) rushed up and snapped at Tera to go back to cutting bread. They weren’t busy or anything- it was 3:30 in the afternoon and one other person was there. No need for this horrible rush. He stared at us like we just took a dump on his floor. He snapped “what do you want on this?!?” And I completely lost track of what I had wanted to even order. I just mumbled “turkey.” I couldn’t think of anything else- I felt like I was being scolded just for being there. He rushed us through and the sandwiches weren’t very good. The only reason I’m giving this rating any stars at all is because if the first minute of our experience with Tera. If this guy is the manager, he needs to be fired- he doesn’t like his job. If he’s the owner- Tera needs to find a different job where she’ll be respected and they actually appreciate her customer service talent.

Great service from the new blonde girl. Didn’t get her name but she said it was her second day so I wanted to shout her out and say she is doing amazing! So friendly and takes her time. Food was fresh and good, I think we came in during the lunch rush. Overall a good experience.

One star, is being nice. We have never complained about a restaurant before to include Subway. This is the worst experience we have ever had. To make matters worse, there is no phone number to call Cottage Grove, Oregon Subway directly. The food was inedible, all sandwiches smashed, bread was not toasted on the requested sandwiches, one sandwich was so soggy, it literally turned to mush. The bacon on one was either raw or rotten. Not one sandwich came out for any of us to eat I’m very sorry to complain as I do appreciate the service Subway provides but this was bad enough we will never come back. If we could have contacted the store and talked to someone directly, it would have been appreciated, but unless we wanted to make the drive back, leaving a review was the only means to communicate ( as even to resort to corporate website doesn’t work to submit). You honestly should have seen the sandwiches, they were, just awful.

I don’t know what was wrong with the morning crew today but they deserve 0 stars whoever was working drive through decided to hack up a lung over the intercom while taking my order. she made me repeat myself multiple times and she still gave me the wrong sandwich I asked for a steak egg and cheese went home opened it up and it was egg and cheese that’s it. They even got my veggies wrong I asked for jalapeños and ended up with banana peppers asked for toasted and it wasn’t and wasn’t even cut in half. The second sandwich was supposed to be ham egg and cheese and somehow we ended up with turkey also not toasted. Waited at the window for about 25 minutes to end up with two wrong sandwiches. I can usually take into consideration that fast food isn’t an easy job but the crew this morning didn’t even try. what a pathetic excuse for work ethic. I’m not even mad I just feel straight up disrespected. Whoever the lady was that was coughing over the intercom and coughing while opening up the drive threw window should just straight up not be aloud to work around food. Y’all deserve to be fired.

Order 5 subs and tipped for roughly a total of 60 dollars online for a pick up. Didn’t realize how bad the subs were until I got home (30 minute drive). Whoever made the subs was clearly not happy they Litterally twisted the bread after they had made it and smashed it in their hands. I can tell cuz their finger imprints are on the bread. The bread they made this morning for the subs was burnt and hard as a rock. they didn’t toast any of the subs 4 steaks and one with bacon and all of it was not toasted and they didn’t even cut the bread in half. Tried to call to talk to a manager and ask for a refund. And they even removed their phone number so u can’t even talk to a real person. Guarantee the reason for that is because of the complaints. I will never go here again.

This Subway has been disappointing every time I’ve gone to it. The staff has no idea how to work efficiently, they move slowly and don’t appear to have been previously trained on making subs. They also are notorious for marking orders as completed & ready for pick up when placed online but when you show up, they haven’t even started making your order yet. I don’t appreciate being lied to. That does not represent good customer service.

Ordered the great garlic chicken sandwich. I told them I had a coupon, which apparently that sandwich isnt included in the coupon. So instead of just charging me full price for the sandwich I ordered, they changed to meat without telling me and put roast beef in its place.

First off, the kid that helped us today was polite and Did a good job! However, what’s going on with Subway? The ingredients were gross and sandwiches were tiny and expensive! 20$ for three six inches two had three ingredients they were for my kids! Mine was right off the menu no extras no drinks or sides! Will not be back.
