Can’t name one thing wrong with my wife’s and I experience. With one waitress, a manager on duty and a delivery driver, things went very smooth, quick service and all in all a great nostalgic atmosphere! Salad bar was fresh and a nice amount of choices. Pizza and cheesy breadsticks were fantastic and delicious. Friendly service from Leila and was very tentative. First time at this Pizza Hut and wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Thanks !!

the wife and i came in with her brother and cousin. sat down and the waitress came to take our order. we ordered drinks, pizzas, and a salad bar. no utensils to eat the salad, had to go up and ask for it. continued to wait for almost a hour while other people that came in after we’re getting served. sat for 40 minutes.. we haven’t even seen our drinks.decoded to just pay for the salad and walked out of there. never coming back don’t recommend.

Second time we waited for over an hour at this location. Tonight we left after the three tables that ordered after us got their food and we had to go ask for refills on drinks ourselves. The lady told us she was going to see how long before our food was done and never returned. Very poor service especially when we walked in there was only two tables. So disappointed!

They serve the delivery customers first. We waited over an hr for our pizza and nothing. So when we went to pay for our drinks to leave, they pulled our pizza out of the oven. We ended up eating the pizza in the car on our way to an appointment. We never got a discount or an apology. the only explanation we got was they were backed up with deliveries. I will not eat there again!! Went there again 5-6-2023 and I swear they need to shut that place down! A family of 7 got an undercooked cold pizza and never received the other pizza they ordered until they were getting ready to leave. Another table got there pizza before us when we ordered before them. They ran out of spatulas so we had to pick up our pizza with our fingers out of the hot pan. Took more than an hour and a half to get that pizza. The kitchen ran our server ragged. Even when she was taking our order the kitchen was yelling for her. A family of 5 walked out. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Very unprofessional manager and workers except for our poor waitress. Your better off buying a frozen pizza from a grocery store then dining in at Fremont pizza hut.

Stopped on super late after being in the ER for a few hours. I was craving wings. Our hostess/waitress was SUPER sweet and so kind(unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) Service time was great too! Definitely will be coming back

We had a family get together today. We had a very large order . Everything tasted great. Especially the boneless bbq chicken wings and the stuffed crust pizzas. Absolutley loved the cheese bread sticks had 4 orders of those for everyone to enjoy.

Dont care for them anymore use to go 2 times a week and loved it now all the additives they put in it do your own research I dont want to be sued this is just a opinion and they can deny anything. Go back to the days where you made good pizza. I remember thoes pizzas one of the best.

Personal pan pizza come out looking like Hellen Keller put it together the vegetables on it were cold and the pizza was not cooked all the way through. Wife and kids meal come out ten min before mine they were finished by the time I got mine. Breadsticks were suppose to come out first and they come out with the meal.

This is a horrible location. The breadsticks are dry and tasteless, the Melt was flat, wet and generally gross. The laziness at this place is palpable, probably worth the extra drive to Whitehall if you must have Pizza Hut
