Was directed to a foreign call center. When I finally placed my order I was directed to an automated payline. When my order arrived I discovered it was Door Dash that delivered it. That would explain the elevated delivery price. I Also received no receipt. This will be the last thing I order from this Pizza Hut.

Really good pizza and they usually have really good deals on the app. It’s a lot better if you pick up then if you choose delivery if you pick up it’s fast if they deliver it gonna be waiting over an hour but it’s still always really good.

Ordered EXTRA sauce on my pizza cause I used to love their sauce and now they barely put any on. I didn’t get extra sauce and I am not sure I got any at all. I ordered bread sticks and they aren’t cheap and I ate part of one cause they were really close to being raw in the middle not a nice golden brown like they should have been. Over all almost $30 for a really bad meal most of which we couldn’t eat.

Very rushed mid-afternoon order. No communication with employee, he left as soon as he threw the order at me. No napkins either!! I’ve tried to be kind as the place is undergoing renovation and the employees have to come out and hand you the food, but I felt this was just rude. I won’t go back here until the work is done.

Was very disappointed in my order. My boneless wings were more breading than meat. The bbq sauce was just thrown on and not even covering. The pizza had some very large pieces and some very small. I do not feel it was worth the price I paid for the meal.

My PIZZA WAS cold, the dough was doughy, the restaurant is 2 minutes from my home. I ALWAYS tip. I was SOO disappointed. The toppings were not right, The breadsticks that came with the pasta were one big slab, uncut! I tried to call them, but I was hung up on 4 times! SO I went and took the pizza back. I requested money back, THEY said they could not. I paid 30, and now did not have anything cooked or thawed out at home, I gave them the last of my allowance for myself for pizza that could not be eaten. NOT a good experience at all, not to mention the lady had an attitude, I was the one that was upset and she gave me attitude?

I Placed a delivery order early in the morning on Thursday July 8th. I had it scheduled for 11:30am. No phone call, no Delivery, I called the store. They stated they did not have a delivery driver. I asked why someone did not call to let us know, I could have gone to pick it up? they stated they did. We have caller ID and no one attempted to call. I also mentioned they have my cellphone on file, why didn’t someone call it? Very unprofessional. This order was placed and paid for in advance, as a gift of gratitude for our company neighbor. I am truly disappointed!
