My prior first visit to this location, and the staff decided to close the establishment early. It was 7:30 pm, and even with the posted sign at the door which I had to pointed out to them that it state they operate till 8PM, I was informed that they were closed for the evening. Several families had to walk away with the same surprised look we had . We decided to give this place another chance last evening. This time around I was over charged for an extra burger, but the big surprise was when at 6:30 pm, peak hours for dinning, half the establishment was already closed for sitting . Leaving just two tables to accommodate a family of four.

This smashburger exceeded my expectations. Relatively fast service, friendly employees and the burgers… Meat was fresh and right off the flat top and with a nice sear and Delicious flavor. The right amount of toppings and sauces. This fast casual Burger joint is one of my favorite burgers.

Burger is good. French fries are good. Waited a bit long for our order. Okay place. $6 for a classic burger; $7 for specialty; add $2 for doubles. Plus $5 to make it a combo. Comparable to Red Robin’s. Better than your fast food burger.

I had an excellent experience and was impressed with Logan who took my order and served me. When I walked in the store, it did not seem particularly busy at the time, and I noticed that this young man was cleaning tables and as soon as I walked in he stopped what he was doing, quickly went straight to the register to greet me and began to take my order. He was very friendly, polite and personable – he offered me suggestions and positive recommendations, and when my food was ready he brought it straight to me with a smile. All-in-all it was a very straightforward interaction, but it was a pleasant and fast visit, and I felt the need to convey to the manager that he was doing a great job – and the manager was very pleasant as well. Keep on hiring great people, and ensure they’re rewarded! 🙂

Do not eat here! The place smelled like a dirty wet mop. The floor was so greasy that we could have skated across instead of walked. Our food was delivered to our table in a bag. Price is ridiculously high!! My husband’s container for his fries had about two inches of oil in the bottom. Do not waste your time and money.

Walked in with my 2 granddaughters and no one was at the register. Workers there did not hardly look at us and didn’t speak to us for a couple minutes. (There were no other customers.) Then a young lady said she’d be with us in a moment. Placed our order. Found that burgers, costing more than $11, didn’t include sides or drinks. Prices were high. Our order came to $62 and I drank water. We waited at a table and food was delivered to us in bags. Burger with bacon had no bacon. When added, it was very little. Burger was much smaller than anticipated and very dry. 2 of us got wings which were $10 and change (without sides/drinks). They were a little slimy. This was my first and last visit to Smashburgers.

What is this? That was my exact thought. I ordered from here because I was at a hotel very close and was striving. I was excited to see they actually had vegan options. I ordered the Truffle Black bean burger & Brussels sprouts. When it arrived I was completely disappointed (photos included) the burger looked like someone stepped on it. And at first I was like maybe that’s why they call it smash. Nope when I went back to the site to see photos every photo showed a beautifully crafted burger. Not mine. It was mad salty too. Looked like they just throw the meal together. I’d say skip this place for sure! I paid $40 for 2 burgers, Brussel sprouts and some tater tots.
