This taco bell has had some bad reviews, but today I was impressed with it. The food took a little longer than maybe I thought it should, but the tacos were full, the cheesy potatoes were well covered in sauce. The nachos had lots of toppings. Overall, the food was fresh and filling!

Lettuce was in a breakfast sandwich that never had lettuce. When taken back to the counter, the manager said they put all the breakfast stuff away, and there was nothing he could do at 3 minutes past breakfast time. It’s not like I could eat it with my food allergy to lettuce. Very disappointing with the food and service.

Fantastic breakfast experience! We got 3 bacon crunchwrap boxes to begin our road trip, and they were all great, and nothing was missing. And the Cinnabon balls! My only grief with the experience is the fact that it was hard to hear the order taker, this taco bell location seems to be newer, and the microphone sounded very muffled.

Ordered three breakfast sausage crunchwraps for my family and was super disappointed. None of them had the sausage patty that it’s supposed to come with but instead had a minuscule amount of sausage crumble. Not sure if they ran out of sausage patties or what happened but the employee serving us could of communicated instead of trying to substitute and wasting my time and money.

I just recently got a nacho bell grande at this Taco Bell and it was so horrible to the point where I couldn’t finish my food and the meat was so stale it didn’t taste like meat, and they gave me a diet drink instead of what I ask for….. customer service horrible as well.. when you pull up to window they just look at you without saying anything. Will never go back to this Taco Bell

What nights does crew with older people work? Because tonight was a joke, took 30+ minutes, no apology and my crunch wrap was empty. This is usually one of the better locations, very disappointed.

Ordered here through the app for drive-thru pick-up. I have used the app once prior went well. Order processed however I arrived at the location drive thru 10+ minutes wait so I got out went in ONLY to find out my order had not processed to the location due to the mobile order not working. Lunch break creeping away! I was informed I could reorder and repay. But to contact Moible app to cancel. Which I did and the order could not be canceled per the app. I went back asked for MOD. Nolan was already up front. I showed him I couldn’t cancel the order I was informed to contact my bank. I stated you can’t fix this $7 order that I have paid for. He stated the product wouldn’t be taken out of inventory so NO he couldn’t. Now this is less then $2 of inventory I’m sure smh. I have yet to be refunded even after emailing the 1 800 # is a joke just remains on loop. I’m sure that’s why NOLAN offered that up. I WON’T BE BACK HERE! THE WORST FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE SEEN IN AWHILE!

Late night pickup we to the drive thru for a DD order they said they’re working on it pull around got to the window she stated it hadn’t been started on it I waited for a bit then she told me pull around till it was complete and they’d bring it out. Just a little disorganized but ok service
