Got there at 12:17 PM didn’t leave till 1249 and the drive-through finally got my food ate about half of the sandwich and saw that there was raw bacon on it. There was only eight customers that were served while I was in the drive-through I know I saw, very disappointing. This place used to be great with food and there were so many workers that were working that day. There was only two people in the drive-through including me.

I absolutely love Dairy Queen! Their soft-serve ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The variety of flavors is incredible and I often find myself struggling to choose just one. The sundaes are also amazing, especially the hot fudge sundae with extra whipped cream. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. It’s definitely my go-to place for a sweet treat.

Drove through for a quart of fresh DQ soft serve. $6.27, perfect for cake or cobbler at home! I wish they had some frozen solid. Next time, I may pay for it and have them put it in the freezer to pick up a couple of hours later!

The air conditioner was not working at all, the floor was sticky, the machines where they mix were really dirty, everything was really dirty, who wants to eat in a dirty place. They washed their hands in a really dark water that was in a can, and then they would serve the food! They also give me and other people the wrong size of what we ordered!

Very frustrating experience every single time! Latest interaction was a 20 minute drive-thru order. Spent 6 minutes at window before someone finally came and asked what we ordered. Then 4 minutes later they had a total and accepted payment saying “your order will be right up”.. A few minutes later they asked us to pull forward and wait (no other customers in line). Finally after another 8 minutes our food was brought out with missed instructions and smashed food that was cold. Complete waste of time for mediocre fast food. Will avoid this location in the future and let everyone I know to avoid doing business with this establishment.
