6 employees working on a Friday night. My order could not be more wrong. All ingredients replaced with others. No one informed me via email or phone. I do never complain about anything but this is insane and the only response from the person at the cashier. I’m sorry and we will make a new pizza. An apology is basic and to let me wait is unacceptable. Customer service couldn’t be worse.

Constantly having trouble with this store. I work at the hospital and every time i order, they forget something. Usually the sauces i order. They arent free. Several times ive just had to have my food without the sides. The drivers have told me they will be back after delivering more pizzas. So my food can get cold before i get my sauce. This happens 9 out of 10 times. I constantly have to send the driver back. Ive had them refund me before. Ive gotten bread bites that had no butter garlic on it. Ive called before and had to be comped. They never check the order for the sides. I wish they were more thorough before they send their drivers out. Or hire people who do.
