What a catastrophe. Upon receiving my cookie dough blizzard, I noticed there was a total of 3 pieces of cookie dough. I politely asked the window attendant if he would just drop in a few extra pieces. He looked at me as if I had asked for $10,000 and a foot rub. Buddy then closed the window and tomahawked my spoon into a trash can across the kitchen. I suppose I offended his craft. Another fellow came to the window and said he was charging me extra for the cookie dough. At this point, I just wanted to be somewhere else. Alas, I received another blizzard with 4 pieces of cookie dough instead of 3. I don’t think anyone should be fired, but maybe the Queen can make some budget adjustments so they can afford more cookie dough.

I have visiting the Burnet Dairy Queen since the late ‘70s. This has to be the worst visit I’ve had to date. Went inside to order a to go order…order of tacos and chili cheese fries. A small Choco strawberry and a large Hawaiian blizzard. The food came as if I was dining in and told her it was to go. She boxed it up and no bag. By the time the blizzards came out the food was cold. No taco sauce for the tacos and no utensils. I am done with this Dairy Queen.

Drive thru, love the extreme brownie blizzard, my husband enjoys a choc malt but does not like whip cream so you have to request that. My son enjoys a peanut butter banana milk shake and he has to always say he knows that it will cost him more for the peanut butter or banana I forget which but if not he doesn’t get them together in his milk shake, he just gets one of them unfortunately. However, we still love DQ for a wonderful treat!

Needed an ice cream cake for my granddaughters birthday, got to front door and sign said “Drive Thru only until 4:00”. Got back in the truck and drove to window, woman came to window and I told her I need an ice cream cake, she said “We don’t have that here”. Everyone I’ve told this to has been surprised. Me too!
