The employees are usually friendly and quick in the mornings, my order is correct every time. I think for the amount of business I’ve seen this location generate the interior is a little outdated and dirty. But my biggest complaint is that I order my coffee with almond milk and I accept that I get charged extra, but I’m given less than the regular amount of creamer and my coffee is never filled to the top, it’s literally a finger width away every. Single. Time….this is after I get charged EXTRA

I came to this dunkin’ with my friend, i ordered as normal and everything was perfectly fine. I got to the window, and this teenage girl, her name tag read “Ella”. As we’re waiting for our 2 donuts and drinks, she goes “give these bit*hes this nasty as* food”. My guess is she was communicating to another worker. it was around 4:25 on a wednesday 7/26/23.

Dunkin usually has good coffee and decent food. This location was not as friendly or helpful as usual. I had an issue with my order and the manager said there was nothing she could do. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service.
