Went to grab some lunch. Ordered a 3pc tenders meal. Register lady was extremely polite and nice. Unfortunately they were out of mac and cheese. Some gentlemen searched high and low for it. I was subbed red beans and rice(my choice) the lady at the register gave me an extra strawberry biscuit even. As I was walking out to return to work one of the gentlemen ran out and gave me a Mac n cheese too. Excellent service to go above and beyond to make a happy customer.

I was pleasantly surprised with the #1 meal. The rice and beans, after I stirred it up, was delicious! The chicken sandwich, spicy, was a real treat! I got their orange soda, too. What a treat! Yum yum yummy!

Only giving 3 stars for the friendly service/very nice girl in the drive thru window. Have only been to this location 2x. Once a year ago, (vowed not to go back after getting chewy–what seemed like not fully cooked–chicken), and once this week. As we thought we’d give it another try. Well, nothing was fresh. Chicken was luke warm (not made to order and not fresh) and fries were also barely warm and not crispy. It’s a shame because I enjoy popeyes when the food is fresh. But after both experiences at this location, we will not be returning to this Popeyes in particular

I spent 20$ for 2 sandwiches was delievered in a timely manner only issue was i order a classic chicken sandwich with cheese and wife ordered a bacon cheese chicken sandwich and we had to tear them apart to find out which one had the bacon nothing was labeled so finally found the one that had a baby piece of bacon skinny & small one piece then the wifes chicken was thick so thought great getting our moneys worth but no it was rubbery and tasted like you where biting into a not fully cooked chicken so had to throw it out ( shes pregnant) this was a mood kill and waste of money.

I only stopped here because KFC didn’t have inside dining. The service was good. I didn’t care for the mashed potatoes as the gravy was too spicy for me. Others nay like that. I should have had Mac and cheese for my side. The regular chicken was ok and wasn’t dry. The breading on the chicken is just ok. To me it just doesn’t have what it takes. I guess I’m used to KFC or a good broasted chicken. But, for fast food is ok

Stopped at the Fond du Lac, WI location and ordered 3 piece chicken tender combo. The tenders were smaller than my index finger. The drive thru staff member was not very friendly, if he smiled I think his face would have cracked. Now I just found out from a friend of mine that she will not go back there again either. Her and her husband were refused service because they were white. When they got to the counter, they were told that they were closed. It was only 5:00 pm. This location needs to be shut down.

We placed an online order and received a free 8 pc nuggets for opening this first time account. The ordering process went smooth–with exception to the chicken sandwich combo not having options to select your preferred side item, sauce, or drink–it automatically selected sweet potato fries,, BBQ sauce, and Coke. So, we ordered a la carte instead. We ordered the chicken sandwich only; plus another 24pc nuggets, and a large Mac n cheese.With the free 8 pc nuggets, our total was over $23.00. It seems high because it was just one meal for my son.
