The store was empty and staff were busy maintaining the cleanliness, stocking of the restaurant. I interacted with three staff members who were very kind and personable. That attitude is hard to find nowadays in most restaurant environments. Natasha was so sweet and one of the most smiley people I’ve met! I even shared with her my fiancé and I met at this Jimmy John’s when he worked there over 10 years ago! I will always love this place. Thank you for reading!!

My food is never even close to on time when selecting delivery. If I had the time to wait I would go get food myself. I pay a delivery fee as well as a tip for a reason. Was supposed to be DELIVERED 30 minutes ago and hasn’t even left the store yet.

I order from here frequently and haven’t had any issues until recently. The food is always good, but apparently the employees don’t know what mold looks like. I can’t believe I was given a clearly moldy pickle as part of my order. I also requested for it to be sliced. So clearly missed it. Super gross. Disappointed in this.

I ordered online via the app. Got a confirmation that everything was fine. ~10mins later I get another email saying my order was canceled. I checked my transactions and I had been charged for the food. Then I tried to call the location, called for like 15-20 mins and no one picked up. Finally the husband had to drive to location to find out what happened. There was a sign at the door saying they closed at 3 due to understaffing. However the charge was still on the card

The sandwiches are good but the service has been terrible lately. This specific locations has strange hours and seems to struggle to keep help. We placed an order at 11am for 2 sandwiches. After 35 min we just went over to the strode thinking the app wasn’t working. When we arrived they hadn’t even started the order the waited another 25 minutes. Waste of time. Jersey mikes across the way processes an order in minutes. Your only as strong as you weakest link. Management and owners should take notice!

HORRENDOUS customer service!!! I used to love ordering from here but will never place an order with this location again. This last experience – I ordered 3 subs and waited 90 minutes before calling, only to be told that my order hasn’t even left yet. No apology, nothing. I’m disgusted with the lack of service. Literally just ordered online for delivery. Paid with my credit card. Got a call not even a minute later from a Jimmy Johns employee saying that they are closing in 5 minutes and can’t complete my order. Pretty inconvenient, seeing as you’re not closed yet, correct? If I walked into your store with 5 minutes to close, would you ask me to leave? That’s some pretty poor customer service in my opinion. Shameful. Also who closes at 3pm on Sunday? Guess you won’t need my business in the future.

Worst subs on planet. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes or Publix right across the parking lot. This place gives you 3 slices of meat and a ton of lettuce. Won’t come back.
