One of my favorite fast food restaurants. They offer good, flavorful food at a fantastic price. My go to order is the Plate with Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, and Chow Mein. I also like to add on a Chicken Egg roll as well. Everything in the picture added up to around $11 without a drink, which in my opinion, is a bargain. The staff is also very friendly every time I have been here.

Employee’s always helpful, food always good. Unfortunately, always out of rice dishes except for fried rice, even when they opened only 5 minutes before. If you’re never going to have any other kind of rice at least take it off the menu. Only one of the last four times I’ve ordered brown rice has it been available. Disappointing.

There have been multiple times that I have been to this location and it was 30 minutes before closing and they would not have any food available because they were trying to clean everything. If you are going to be open till 9pm then you should have your menu available till that time. I can understand 5-10 minutes before close to have limited availability but at 8:30 pm you should have more than one menu item. If you are wanting any kind of choices don’t go after 8pm. Then to have the staff be rude to you because you share your opinion on not having anything cooked was the final straw. Won’t be back.

Inside was clean and cozy, although I took my food to go. The food was delicious and the line was quick, and my food was provided in timely fashion. Checkout was a breeze as I used apple Pay, and sometimes I order ahead using doordash. Then, you can pick it up inside or drive through.

We had specifically driven out of our way to have Panda Express for dinner. Pulled up at 8:40 pm to order dinner in the Drive Thru. When we arrived the drive thru lights were turned off as well as the screen that you order at. The worker let us know that since they closed “soon” (50 minutes before closing) they had a limited menu and could only offer White Rice and very little orange chicken. We confirmed that they closed at 9:30. Pretty disappointing to see a business shutting down AN HOUR before closing time. As a previous reviewer said, I can understand 10-15 minutes prior, but an hour seems extreme/excessive. If you’re going to start cleaning up at 8:30, then set your closing time at 8:30. Simply not how businesses operate, especially restaurants.

This is the second time I ordered online for the Richmond Road location. Both times my food was not ready at my specified time and I had to wait for longer than 15 minutes. This time one item wasn’t done and I was told it would be 6 minutes. I saw my other food sitting there already and asked to please make my order new when the missing item was done. The girl behind the counter was obviously upset about this and rolled her eyes at me and walked off. The missing item took 14 minutes not just 5. I am glad I asked for a fresh plate.

The drive through closes earlier than posted times – just went at 9:10 and was told they’re closed. At least this time someone actually responded to me being at the drive through, at least once before I’ve sat for five minutes unacknowledged when arriving after 9 (I work nights and get really tired of Taco Bell and Wing Zone).

Went out of my way 20 min to get food. Attendant at drive thru was rude. When I opened my food, it was completely the wrong order! After my experience and seeing other poor reviews, I won’t be back.

It’s a Panda Express. Personally, I’ve only gone here for lunch, but the quality of food is what you’d expect from Chinese fast food, the cleanliness of the store is superb, etc. Good place to eat for orange chicken or w/e you’re craving.
