Please remove new manager Hidi from this location. I have been having lunch 3 to 4 times per week .Since he is there we have to wait 10 minutes to prepare the food we like I always go on lunch time and I cannot wait that long. Customers have been complaining to the staff which are great and this situation is stressing them too The employees are friendly and very nice but this person will cost a lot of business to the Company. I have been going to Mac Donald because of this.

The manager, Tony, needs to improve on his customer service skills. My friend and I decided to meet at this place. We were going to eat but decided to catch up first. Before you know it, it seems that 1 hour had passed. The manager then came to our table and very loudly said to leave Panda Express because we did not order anything. Other customers heard and came to us to tell us how the manager behaved poorly. It is clear that this manager still needs to work on his communication/customer service skills. I asked to speak to Tony again and I apologized for overstaying. I told him that time flew by and I did end up ordering something. I asked Tony to please not address future customers this way since he yelled at us. Tony said he did nothing wrong and I asked him to apologize to us. He refused to apologize and kept trying to talk over my friend instead of just listening. I thought this was going to be a great learning experience for Tony but that wasn’t the case. I’m extremely disappointed in his behavior and I hope he can do better.

Came to this store at Bell Gardens 10 minutes before they close and I wanted to get a combo rice and noodles etc, right but they didn’t have enough noodle and they didn’t want to prepare some fresh ones for me instead the lady wanted to sell me like the left over noodles on its tray that didn’t look tasty at all, they should say that no more noodles period.

Im only giving it a one star because its been always my go to panda but after the experience from today i wont return if this issue isn’t fixed. when i was ordering the lady with the black shirt (manager?) i asked her to put me rice as an entree she didn’t ask me which rice i wanted so she put me from the brown rice and when i asked her i didn’t want that one she looked bothered and gave me attitude to change it making it seem like it was my fault when she didn’t even ask , and when i was eating my food i noticed she didn’t remove all the brown rice she put in my plate and i had to go out my way to remove it ALL that i just decided just not to eat it because its not what i wanted. My experience at the bell gardens panda express was not good i wish they would have more communication instead of just assuming things. the added picture is just so you guys could see that this isn’t fair that i paid for something i didn’t enjoy.

the plates are not served properly for the price we are being charged. My daughters plate had just one peace of broccoli and our plates didn’t have enough food. I spent almost $50 for half served plates.
