Do you like waiting longer than promised? I noticed that the order time on a Sunday night not during football season was 45+ minutes but I went ahead anyway as it sounded good. The order didn’t start to be made over an hour later. We did carryout to “save time”. A kid popped out when the order claimed to be ready on the app to say it would be another 15 minutes. Why would they say it’s ready on the app? I know that it’s tough finding people but it’s downright pathetic.

We got their Cali Chicken Ranch Pizza (with black olives, onions, mushrooms, extra cheese ) it was very hot and really yummy! Our only “call out ” would be that all the toppings were sparsely put on, would have like a little more. Pizza was hot and ready when we walked in to get it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will be back for more food in the future!

Update, been almost a week and still heard nothing from ownership or any kind of upper management, I don’t know how anything can ever change at a Domino’s that don’t contact customers back with bad experiences, Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. I really hope the owner takes the time to reach out on this one because man no establishment should be ran like that. definitely going to lose some money.

Order frequently through the app. Very little wait time. I’ve called in, and the person was friendly on the line. I have also gone in-person and felt the counter person was a little rude. So customer service can always be improved. As for the food, no complaints, kids approved too.

Today (12/16) my boyfriend went in to pick up our pizza and one of the lady coworkers was extremely rude. he went in and she said “is that your food right there” and my boyfriend responded “probably im here to pick up an order for avianna (me)” and she replied “you really gonna make me get up off my ass” and remained laying on the bench. the other worker, Hunter, ended up helping, but the girl was extremely rude. i didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses. avoid her at all costs if you can unless you want an immature little girl with an attitude problem to help you◡̈ . other than that experience, the customer service has always been excellent.

Didn’t get what I ordered. Ordered pasta Primavera got pasta with bacon, chicken & mushrooms. Not the pasta Primavera which comes with no meat. Also ordered loaded tots with Philly, got tots extremely loaded in cheese & maybe .5ounces of meat not even on the tots, tossed off to the side. Was told 20 mins of wanting, was a hour of waiting. Don’t recommend. Order was made under Madelyn.

Order was prompt as was delivery. Order was correct and nice and hot. Driver was very polite and prompt. Only had one issue once and was rectified satisfactory.

i always order online usually around 10-11pm for a snack like cheesy bread or lava cakes. they always do a good job and get here quickly and the food never is messed up.

Ordered Friday night as we usually do. But this Friday 12/9/22 whoever the chef was that made our pizza, Was Absolutely The Best One Made Yet!! Perfect pizza, we ordered a Large and we ate every slice. Ordered, next in oven, then literally here. Best Ever!!

Typically I think dominos is a great pizza place. But that changed last night. The peoparoni pizza looked as if it had been sitting out for days. And it tasted awful. My family and I got very sick. I do believe very much a pizza should look appetizing and taste great.
