I’ve been to this location several times and I have never been able to get what I want from the menu. I’ve been told they are out of what is printed on the menu. The last time they were out of Hot sauce, when asked if they had another sauce I could have with my chicken the reply was yes at 7 cents a pack. I left there with no sauce. I try to buy locally, since this place is a few blocks from my house, but they make it hard to buy from them and easier to go someplace else.

Super slow always takes like 20min to get an order SMH. I’m doordashing the order was supposed to be ready 10min ago how frustrating for me, but can you imagine the customer. There are 3 workers and 1 moving slow as molasses, just so happens that’s the fry cook. Welp I never come here personally for this reason.

I wish I could give a zero but that wasn’t an option. The service gets worse and worse. I came today, tried to order family size fried okra. Was told by worker Maria, and manager MS. martinez the general manager told her they don’t sell it anymore. Went to another location, and ordered the family size okra with no problem. Extremely slow filling orders and not informed about their product. Will not be coming back.
