Sometimes you just wanted to come in and enjoy your food right after you purchase it. The lady was very friendly who took our order. Dine in area was very dirty especially the tables. I was able to find one that wasn’t so dirty but was sticky. It definitely was a turn off could not even finish eating my sandwich. Just thinking to myself how clean is the cooking area. I personally can’t eat here again after today visit. I usually go through the drive thur but maybe that was a sign for me.

I work 12-14 hours a day so when I’m heading home I don’t feel like cooking so I normally stop at this location 1-2 times a week. Mainly bc it’s about a min drive from my home. It’s gotten to where every other visit they are out of the new chicken sandwich. You would think it being a “newer” menu item they would order appropriately? Wrong! They’ve either got the chicken, no bun, or the sandwich no pickles! I mean it’s bread, mayo chicken and pickles. How hard could it really be to stay stocked up on mayo, bread and pickles? Chicken is a no brainer considering it is bojangles. Whoever is in charge of ordering needs to be demoted back to a line cook. Also when did y’all stop caring about your “legendary “ sweet tea? It’s been a while since there’s been anything remotely close to sweet tea served out of that restaurant. Not trying to be so negative. I just know from years of restaurant experience, it’s not that hard to order accordingly and sweet tea is a staple in the south. Get your mind right Bojangles and do better. Please!

One of the worst Bojangles I have been too. I have gone consistently for a while because it is 5 min from my house. And believe it or not it always disappoints. I have almost never gotten a good order. Whether it be a missing item, chewy chicken or in seasoned fries. Just overall my least favorite Bojangles

Oh I got to say is”” fast food restaurant sometimes “” so the little lady at the speaker seemed in a hurry Even though there was only three people in the drive-thru The bow rounds were perfect crispy and soft egg and cheese biscuit was pretty good too but my Bojangles chicken sandwich was cold there’s always something sometimes you get a good meal and excellent meal but normally there’s just one thing missing and today that was a cold sandwich and a nasty attitude but I love Bojangles I gave you guys four star to help you out a little bit Happy 4th of July I guess she didn’t want to work today or was ready to go home

Check your food before you drive off!! I went through the drive thru at this location and ordered a 4 count chicken supremes combo with fries and honey mustard. Got home and had 2 chicken tenders , 2 biscuits and some mushy rice. I shoulda known to check my food because the car in-front of me was talking to the manager however I was in a rush. Poor customer service! Never again.

Every time I am down in Bo Country I’ve got to get a Steak Biscuit with Pimento Cheese and Bo Rounds. Order Ahead or go inside as at most Bo’s the drive thru line always seems to wrap around the building and move very slowly.

I’d stopped going to this location for a while several years ago because it had gone downhill. A few months ago I passed through one day out of sheer necessity and was very pleasantly surprised out how good the food and service were, so I went back again to find out if that’d just been a coincidence or a real change in operations, and, sure enough, the place is running fantastically now. I’ve started eating there again several times a week and it’s been great every time. Thank you to whomever has taken the reins and gotten this location running as well as it is.
