What a truly amazing hidden gem!! The sandwich I ordered was a mouthwatering delight in every way! I had a hot roast beef sandwich with American and jack cheese. I ordered a full bowl of the Red Pepper Gouda Soup. I savored every spoonful. For my beverage, I had a large root beer. The portions here are generous in size. Everyone here is friendly and helpful.

My favorite Sandwich place; this place is great . I don’t live in the area anymore and every time that I am in the area I have to come here. It gets very busy and packed during lunch hour. That’s why it’s better to call ahead . The sandwiches are fully stacked and at a very good price. The price is great too. Around $9 or so depends on the sandwich. Definitely recommend And the staff is always very nice and you get a great service aswell.

I’ve been coming here for over ten years and the sandwhiches are still super delicious! Giant portions and it all around has the bests sandwiches i have ever tried. And I’m a sandwhich guy. Love this little shop. Clean and very nice staff. Could get crowded during lunch rush. Reasonable price too! Located right off the 99. Will always be one of my favorite spots.

One of the best places in Modesto to grab a sandwich! The sandwich shop has been around for many years and they have just about any kind of sandwich you could want. You pay for what you get – their mile high meats are never skimped on, and the toppings are fresh. These employees have sandwich making down to an art. The owner should keep these ladies well paid as they keep their customers happy and coming back. There is indoor seating, no outdoor seating though. Parking may be had to find, but just remember you can park on either side of the building. Lunchtime can be a little bit of a wait, so I highly recommend you place your order ahead of time.

Omg best BLT I’ve ever had. I’m very picking about my sandwiches but my hubby said this to place was amazing. So I got a BLT. MMMMMM the bacon is so crispy, the bread is so soft. Fresh lettuce. Huge portion size. I’m in love with this place. I’ll definitely return.

Never again will I go to the sandwich shop 3rd time the messed up my order I asked for 3 sandwiches 2 pastrami and 1 ham the gave me 1 ham 1 turkey 1 pastrami I asked everything no mayo so they gave me nothing on it with extra mayo so now I’m out of a lunch the other 2 we’re also wrong smh never had a problem till recently they need to follow directions pay attention to what there doing..how about if I’m allergic to mayo or something else I didn’t order I am very upset

Not sure what happened to this place service was always spotty never really friendly always got slight racist vibes but the sandwiches were huge . Not the case anymore shocked by the size super small . Price increased portions shrank service still bad . $13 for a 6 inch sandwich and the sandwich gave me bubble guts .

I keep giving this place a chance to get an order right. They don’t know what Really Toasted and NO sauces mean. Their food is not all that great. Frankly the owner is wasting money overloading the sandwiches. Half of it falls put. The sliced bread can’t take it. It falls apart before your done. I just tipped 5.00 for a sandwich I didn’t even eat. It took 45 min to get my sandwich and there goes your lunch time. I will never come back here again. I gave it up for years for a reason but this time I won’t be back.
