We are a locally family owned restaurant.
Owner Don Johnson and his wife, Sharon, son Dillon, and daughter, Amber run the restaurant. Don and Dillon are both culinary school graduates and run the kitchen. Sharon and Amber run the front on a daily basis. Our menu consists of a meat and three, with fresh vegetables as our daily side options. We also offer items hot off the grill. We love serving our community and seeing friendly faces everyday. The Woodcraft Cafe motto is God, family and community.

Very welcoming place with great customer service and tasty food! I had fried chicken, field peas, mac and cheese, and corn bread dressing. I finished it off with the lemon pound cake. All were delicious!!! Highly recommend.

Place is really clean. Meat and three daily choices good food. Hamburger steak, cucumber salad and a few tea choices. It’s a mom and pop original true southern hospitality restaurant and if you are headed north on 231 you may want to catch lunch there with no crowd.

Super savory and delicious lunch! Roast beef, black eyed peas, fried green tomatoes and garlic buttered red potatoes. The owner walks through the restaurant and greets his customers personally! We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I ate here for the first time last night and absolutely loved it! The owners are SO nice! Woodcraft Cafe is family owned which makes it so special! Their love for the Lord is also so evident! Food was wonderful and was served with a huge smile! We will be back for sure!

Stopped in from the casino to eat brunch, the wife wanted breakfast, and I wanted steak. Food cooked to order and was delicious, steak cooked perfect. Met Don and Sharon very nice couple who helped us celebrate our 32nd anniversary by picking up the tab. Very thoughtful and generous of them! When we return we definitely will come visit again.

I just stumbled upon this little place and tried it out. I got the chicken potpie, a side of lima beans and sweet potato casserole. Everything was delicious! I did experience that things were very salty. I’m used to finishing salts and not regular table salt, so the mg of sodium is higher. It’s just what restaurants must use because it’s cheaper.

Nice little restaurant. Offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in generous helpings. Nice and clean, have a 99 health score. Tea is awesome. Friendly folks that want you to have a good experience. And they give military and first responders.a discount.
