Ordered via door dash. Dasher called because they didn’t have any kabalsa for my husbands three meat meal. We said just load it up with brisket. When we received our meal his had two pieces of brisket (he ordered three meat meal) which was way smaller then my two meat meal. Additionally the potato casserole tasted like rancid oil that sat for a week and my Mac n cheese had no cheese just tasted like pasta. His three meat meal is first photo then my two meat and the sides follow. When we called they asked if we wanted to bring it back… hello if I could and wanted to drive to get it I wouldn’t have paid Doordash…

This place is definitely open for business!!! We enjoyed our tasty French fries and the wings were saucy n juicy The baked beans were delicious and their mashed pot was yummy the brisket and sausage sandwich was bomb it wasn’t fatty and it had great flavor , Jeff came n poured the sauce over it bomb!! Corn bread was a extra delight and their rolls were good as well! The service was friendly and helpful We will be going back !

Was here in Feb & swore I wouldn’t return. Heard that it was under new ownership & decide to try again. GLAD I DID! Food tasted like it was cooked with love & well seasoned including the macaroni & cheese. The smoked chicken breast was JUICY!! Staff was courteous & professional. After our 3rd visit in as many weeks; we’re convinced! Scheduled them to cater our office event in July.

They got my order completely wrong at the Decatur store in Las Vegas. I spoke to Kia and she said she was the owner. She told me she would send a new order and it never showed up! Don’t order here!! Completely incompetent! I was very disappointed because I’ve eaten at other Dickey’s and enjoyed it. I will never order from here again!

I’m from Los Angeles. I’ve patronized many different Dickey’s locations from LA to San Bernardino and this location is one that I would recommend. The establishment is clean and the customer service was great! The food is fresh, delicious, and #1, served hot. I had the Brisket plate, Two meat platter, and fried okra. Very good! Didn’t wait long for my food at all. I was pleased with my experience at this location. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow, super disappointing. I had a hard time even finding parking because that corner of the lot was packed last Saturday night just before 8:PM, except for Dickey’s. I was the only one there and the staff couldn’t have cared less.

There is new management at this location. My family took me there for my birthday. When I tell you the food is above and beyond good. I’m not kidding. The restaurant was super clean. The service was fantastic. A great experience. Please go and check it out.

I moved to the Vegas area six months ago and have been craving good BBQ since I arrived. I tried a couple of “mom and pop” places and was left wanting more (the sauces were PUZZLING!). I decided on a whim to try Dickey’s. I wasn’t expecting much with it being a chain, but MAN was I surprised. There’s a new family that just bought the business and they do everything themselves including homemade recipes! I’m very glad Dickey’s gives their owner the latitude to do things because this family is doing it right. I had the brisket, smoked chicken, jalapeno and cheddar sausage, mac and cheese and coleslaw. I also got a spicy BBQ, but of course you have to try everything without anything added first! Not ONE bit of disappointment in this meal. The brisket was juicy and flavorful with a nice smoke ring and char. The chicken was cooked perfectly still tender and juicy and FULL of flavor and I really loved the jalapeno sausage, which was just PACKED with cheese. The sides lived up to expectations as well. I left fat, happy and satisfied. It was great to meet the owner and his family on the way out the door. They are good people who take pride in their work. I will DEFINITELY be back. OUTSTANDING!
