PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE. Seriously, the food is fine, place is clean, and the staff are nice, but they’re constantly understaffed and go through employees quickly. Maybe if the higher ups actually paid these folks more they wouldn’t be having these hiring and short staffing problems. It’s ridiculous, but I don’t blame the workers. They’re doing their best. But my god the wait times are often ridiculously long because there’s just not enough people working.

This is now the third or fourth time I’ve been severely disappointed by the staff of this location. I initially came in to order in person, and after waiting 15 minutes in line, the staff decided to cut off everyone waiting for another 30 minutes due to “mobile orders.” This is not the first time this location has shut down in-person ordering online instead of honoring those waiting. Secondly, when I placed a mobile order later that night (due to the issue earlier), they still shut down the line and refused to let anyone order. While I understand they needed to catch up on mobile orders, they still couldn’t even get those accurate. When I received my mobile order, only half of the bowl was filled, three toppings were missing, and just a messy presentation. After waiting an hour to pick up my mobile order, that was highly disappointing. They should have alerted customers about being out of toppings and just handed out incomplete orders. Other times I’ve been here, this same experience with missing items or poor/ridiculous portions has happened. My roommate waited over an hour for her order just for it to be incorrect, as have I numerous times. This location needs to figure out its management and staff because as much as I sympathize with service workers (I am one), this is unacceptable.

My experience at this Chipotle was wonderful! I drove 45 minutes and it was my first time at this location. I had two separate orders and the employees were very kind, fast, and efficient, even though my orders were complicated. I would definitely eat here again!

I work close and been here over 100 times. Regular chipotle, but looks understaffed. Online orders come out late ( at least 10 min wait most of the times), and sometimes they messed up the online order but overall a good place to grab lunch.

Order 3 meals 2 out of 3 are disappointed. Chicken bowl got less than 10 pieces of chicken. I thought chicken may be on the bottom. Nope nothing. I am not a meat eater but this is very disappointed. chicken quesadilla with side of corn salsa. It’s not a corn salsa it’s just plain corn. Someone is being lazy and sloppy. Don’t want to make more chicken and don’t want to make corn salsa. I order delivery which is higher price.

Order late, and while I wait, the associate chit-chats with another customer exchanging phone numbers and social media accounts. He lies that my order has fajita when there was none in it. In requesting a side of sour cream and hot sauce, he won’t give me because he said it’s not in the order, when this has never happened before. Then he spends ten minutes on my phone trying to unsuccessfully show me how I didn’t add the side, when I told him there is no way, and even then doesn’t give me. When I asked for the manger, he said that he is the manager. I couldn’t help further and had to leave. Worst experience.

I have been to numerous chipotle locations around Pittsburgh and this is by far the worst. The meat is usually burnt and the portions(mobile order) are about half of what you expect from chipotle. Lines are also ridiculously long due to understaffing.

Sad what happened to chipotle, this place is always messed up for one reason or another. They’re always out of stuff that they don’t tell you until after you start. I ordered a kids meal for my kid, which comes with a drink and chips, they had no drinks and no chips, and didn’t tell me until the end. Chipotle used to be the exception to bad fast food, now it’s just the same or worse.
