Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered delivery and it said it was coming at 5. At 520 i call to see where it is and they said the driver just left. At 545 i call again and they say they are short drivers. They lied about it being on the way. They made me late and i never got my food. Would give 0 stars if could. Dont deal with them ever.

I just tried this place for the first time yesterday. I only got pizza and French fries. My order arrived nice and quick. The pizza was delicious in my opinion. Great flavor with the perfect amount of ingredients. Sauce was tasty. Crust was on the thinner side and I loved it. Four stars are for the fries… they were soggy. I need my fries crispy. I will definitely try other things from here

Tried Brunos while in Philly. Pizza was blah. Liked that they offered a special; 2 mediums and a soda for $20. More than enough for my 3 kids. We ordered a cheese and a pepperoni that they ate without complaints. I tried a slice and the pizza was so dry! The sauce and cheese were minimal, and the slices did not reheat well the next day. Fulfilled my kids pizza request, but next time I will try something else.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The fries were burned and tasted like they were microwaved after being fried. The cheese steak was overcooked and dry and didn’t have any of the requested condiments. So disappointed

I just ordered 6 wings fried well done and they are so freaking bad ! How is the outside so crispy and the inside still super soft ? Also there wasn’t any flavor. Just tasted burned. Don’t order from here . Pizza is not fresh. No sauce , very thin spread of dough on pizza , very little toppings , over charged and undercooked. Refund accommodation are not for the customer …they are not reasonable . Save your money and go some where else
