We popped in La Strada for a last minute dinner on a Friday evening & thoroughly enjoyed it! The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. We never had an empty glass! I had the bread and oil, spaghetti & meat sauce, and triple chocolate cake which were all delicious.

Holy smokes. I don’t even know what to say. While they claim they are an Italian restaurant, it’s a far cry from authentic. The picture I posted is apparently meat lasagna. It was more like a meat soup from a can. One top layer of noodles, and the rest was meat. Literally. The chicken parm comes with a side of mashed potatoes, but they were like instant mash. The veggies were mush. My Caesar salad seemed to be tossed in a tangy mayo dressing and had soggy croutons. Gross.

Found this classic Italian restaurant near our hotel while vacationing in Napa. Our party of four was seated quickly, the service was amazing and the food….delicious! Make sure you save room for dessert! The crème brûlée and chocolate cake were perfection.

I didn’t really enjoy the rack of lambs I got. Not sure if this was what caused it but I don’t think the fat was rendered on the sides, so when I ate the meat, the sides were very chewy/hard and couldn’t be eaten. Overall taste of my dish was just ok. I wouldn’t order it again.
