I waited an hour for my food, when it got here the driver was polite but I had specifically asked for no peppers in the box making it very clear I don’t want one at all yet I still received it, I also asked for light sauce and they drenched it and burned it, no big deal. But it also had hair on it. I tried to call the store the minute I opened it and saw it but the phones didn’t even ring.

Does not run like a well oiled machine after dark. Currently sitting in a 10 car deep drive thru line because they refused to allow customers inside to pick up pizza… except there are three customers inside picking up their pizzas with the doors locked. So now some customers have their pizzas in their vehicles ready to leave and they can’t because the excessively long drive thru line. Perhaps if robberies are that prevalent at this locations, maybe hire a security officer to work the lobby as well. It would be nice for people to just come in to grab their pizzas for dinner instead of having to wait for pizza in the small drive thru/parking lot blocking other customers in who received their pizza and is now getting cold. I’m sure I’m posting this review for more than just myself because everyone in this line is aggravated and I can see how they can potentially lose out on some business due to the faulty process with people leaving the property and not picking up their pizza.

Love the food but the last two times I’ve ordered no contact delivery, it’s been contact delivery, it clearly states in my notes to leave at my door , not wait there for me to open the door , I really hope they pay attention next time and do no contact delivery like I want

This was the worst experience ever with Papa Johns . I ordered one pizza well done , somebody needs to show these people the difference in well done and BURNT ! Worst pizza ever ! 2 large pizzas and 12 wings $57 only thing good was the garlic parm wings. Last visit to this store .

Trash Awful Gross I wouldnt recommend cockroaches to eat there they need to do something this is absolutely ridiculous like idk if they sell all the real ingredients an then buy some great value ingredients (worse) then great value I just don’t know anymore they really just need to close the place down .
