I rarely complain but what happened today really set me off. I ordered pizza for curbside and the guy literally threw the stuff in my car. He was so rude about it. I don’t even want a free pizza or order out of this, I just don’t want to go to a place and have someone be this rude. Maybe have better training or don’t have people work for you that’s rude. I’m contacting corporate tomorrow too.

Very displeased. I just ordered a pizza which took 2 hours and 40 minutes to arrive. Upon calling the store several times there was no answer. When the driver arrived, he explained that the store was busy due to a 50% off deal. There is a difference between being busy and taking three hours for a delivery of a single pizza pie. Additionally, no discount offered and the order was incorrect.

Poor delivery, poor customer service. Was told I’d get call back and didn’t, had to call them again, instead staying looking for our apartment they marked it as delivered and it wasn’t, we aren’t very happy husband is returning it as we speak no reason the pizza should be all smashed like that

I had an issue one time ordering delivery and them mixing my address up and taking a couple hours and I had to go pick it up and reorder it again after 2 hours but other than that I order from here all the time carryout. I love the crunchy thin crust pizza its the only pizza I get and the cinnamon sticks with icing. I love how close and convenient this place is next to the Whitehall apartments too. the food is always warm and it is always very good not over cooked or under cooked or cold. like I said I have gotten 3 free pizzas in the last 3 months so I order here quite a bit. I did however have to wait Carside longer than 2 minutes yesterday and I am still sour about the delivery incident how I kept getting hung up on and told I wasn’t being heard and repeating the wrong address on purpose not sure why but please reach out. and I will gladly change this from 1 star to 5 if this is made right.

Pizza is rarely screwed up, but service could be a lot better. Born a biological male, but refers to me as ma’am. Then hangs up before I’m done talking. You should host a training session where your employees work on proper work etiquette and customer service techniques.

I like ordering from Domino’s. I have never had an issue with them. This last time I ordered I ordered the new cheese dip but they forgot to include the twists for the dip. I didn’t call them to complain but I was upset that I was not able to enjoy the dish. This is why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

One guy working and he took 1 hour to make a pizza. I went there to pick it up and he let me know he didn’t even start it. I got a Buffalo chicken pizza and i get home and find out he didn’t even put any Buffalo sauce on it. Just chicken and onions. Disgusting and you clearly need to hire more staff.
