This is always a good option for dinner or any meal when you don’t feel like going into the kitchen. The hot and ready is just that…hot, fresh, and no long wait which I like. They have a pretty good deal with the five meat pizza for around $12 dollars. I got a pepperoni hot and ready along with a five meat large pizza for under $21.

Deserves no stars. Arrived at the store to order at the counter around 9:00PM since I had a coupon with no code. After waiting 15min in the “order” line, I completed an online order at 9:23. Estimated pickup time based on the automatic reply email 9:40-9:45. I wait outside until 9:45. I go inside figuring I could catch the employee before putting in the “pizza portal”. At 10:23 (1hr after ordering) I ask the frazzled front counter employee why my food is taking so long. The employee acts like I’m attacking her personally. I explained that I ordered at 9:23 and am wondering when my pizza portal pickup emails will arrive. I gave her my name and the employee states, “oh, I saw your name earlier.” I replied by asking how long has my food been sitting in a hot box behind the counter? The employee replies, “I don’t know.” I hand the employee my Kids First Book free crazy bread with 2 pizza order and she has to ask the manager. They ask why I didn’t use a coupon code. Twice has this place done me wrong. First they take 30 minutes to make a pretzel crust pizza. The second time I order an extra pepperoni pizza and then when I open it just barely any pepperoni. So I ordered a regular to compare. And the regular had more. And one of those workers just laughed. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It used to be a good place. Idk about it now… .. . There’s only one person that helped me out on this problem. Young black female with curly hair. She deserves a raise. She has helped out on both occasions.

I was concerned about the masks not being worn properly. After waiting 20 min and my pizza not being ready… They said thet refunded my money but I wouldn’t see it for 2 weeks. I went to Ft. O little Caesar’s they made my food quick and wore masks properly. I won’t be back here till they fix the fact they could make all east right sick. He is handling everyone’s food.

Horrible had to drive to Brainard to get pizza by the time I got there they were close and the only reason I had to go to Brainard is because the people at East ridge weren’t taking any orders and it was completely packed with people just standing there and the workers missing absolutely awful experience and I didn’t get any pizza thankfully cleveland stores aren’t like this.

I’ve always had an easy experience here until today. I usually use the portal because I’m a bit antisocial. This time, they had someone new who they were training and it was obvious she was having a difficult time. I stand in line and they get to me within a couple minutes and I show them my order. The manager, who I did not ask for btw, started saying that the ordering system changed and they were having problems with it. That might be true but my order was already ready, just put in the wrong sham (hotbox) in another location. This guy is a great manager who did not want to put any of his new employees down and that’s respectable. I will definitely be coming back to this location because management is top notch. Everyone has had the experience of a new job and I’m super happy the management had the new employees back on this. And my food was still yummy. 🙂
