Placed a mobile order at 4:02 for a sprite and a slush. Arrived at the stall for checkin at 4:05. Got the screen confirmation that someone was headed with our order shortly after. Had to call the store at 4:15 to ask about the order since no one showed up. No apology for the wait or mixup on the phone. Order brought out, again with no apology, at 4:18. We saw other cars go through the drive-thru while we waited. The sprite syrup was off and tasted like just soda water. We waited 13 minutes and had to call the store for a subpar order. A real shame.

$8 for 2 medium sodas, a cherry coke and vanilla root beer. Sodas were flat, 90% ice, and coke was diet. Best part? Asked for a little cup of ice for my dog….said they charge for ice. They also charge more for no ice.

I ordered two meals of popcorn chicken large with fries and a drink. I drive away only to see I received mozzarella sticks and fries. No chicken. I paid over $22 dollars for cold, stiff mozzarella sticks. Standards are sad. How do you even make that mistake? We were the only people in line.

I visited the Yorktown, VA Sonic at 6:15pm 10/16/2021. I live about 5 minutes away. Service was horrible!!!!! I ordered a #1 Sonic Burger. The burger looks like it has been sitting there all day and sloppily put together. I ordered 3 kids meals and they were all SHOVED into the bag with my meal without a toy. The fries looked old. I am a former manager of Wendy’s and Subway… this is unacceptable for Sonic!!! I am now a nurse. Sonic… your company needs to revamp! This isn’t the first time but it will be the last!

Sonic Drive-In food has always been mediocre however I was craving something greasy so I stopped in for a bite the food was less than edible. Onion rings almost had a petrified look to them definitely not appealing to the eye or the taste buds. the only reason why I gave it two stars is because the nice young man that brought me my food had a very pleasant attitude. From an old forgotten drive-thru, the food tastes almost the same forgotten and dry.
