The brisket tasted unseasoned and definitely dry. It was not freshly cooked, couldn’t have been. I get it takes a while to smoke/cook brisket but it should’ve been juicier and warmer. The chicken was unseasoned and not even warm as well. The “frosted” cheesy potatoes had actual cereal in it….lol why? When my bf asked the guy what it was, he failed to mention there is actual cereal flakes on top of the potatoes. To each their own but that was just weird to us, it made no sense. We were thinking there was going to be some type of white cheese that made it look “frosted”. Overall though the potatoes were sort of bland. The honey lemon pepper wings barely had seasoning, I couldn’t taste any honey and there was a weird after taste. The Asian Thai chili wings were okay. The blue raspberry lemonade tasted like watered down kool-aid. I couldn’t even finish mine. Oh and the sweet “creamed” corn was okay but I wouldn’t call that creamed corn. We were kind of upset that we spent $40 almost $50 for that. We should have known the food wasn’t going to be good when we didn’t smell any food being cooked. I know it’s a food truck but no smell…..at all? I think what they did was just warm up food that was already cooked from a day or two ago because several times their power went out while getting our food ready and where was the smoker? It didn’t take long to get our food after ordering. They opened at 4 and we got there at 5 so where is the fresh food? Never going back… ever. Would NOT recommend.

One of the best if not the best bbq in Tampa!!! Customer service is amazing. Food is fresh and delicious. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area I would definitely stop by and try this amazing food. Just like a home cook meal if you’d ask me. Southern hospitality at its best!!!

We tried the food here for the first time tonight after the concert. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had. It was juicy, tender and so flavorful. It was smoked and seasoned to perfection! The wings were to die for. Their house made lemonade was refreshing and delicious. I even ordered additional food to take home. They’re open late, which is a delicious option for them late night cravings. Their prices are very affordable for restaurant quality food. We sat at their patio and enjoyed the fresh night air. We’re already planning our next meal at Unkle Reems!

Wow, let me start of by saying this place is LEGIT!!! Had the Philly, which was delicious! Brisket was like butter! The super star for me was the wings baby! Definitely some of the best wings I’ve ever had! Fall off the bone, perfectly seasoned and sauced! Can’t forget about the brisket beans either, keep doing what you guys are doing boys!

Came at the recommendation of social media and was glad I did! The brisket and chicken were delicious and I had to go back for more barbecue sauce, because I just wanted to put it on everything. The service was great and the prices fair. It’s hard to find great a barbecue spot, so now that I have I’ll definitely be going back!

Best BBQ in the Tampa Bay Area! My favorite is the brisket sandwich, it’s super tasty and tender! Love the creamy corn and Frosted Potatoes as sides! Desert: The Banana Pudding! Honestly lots of options on menu!! My husband had the pulled chicken sandwich and was very pleased as well! Staff is excellent and amazing service! Will be coming back!

Hands down best smoked BBQ in Tampa!! Prices and portions are on point!! The loaded brisket fries are to die for and if you have room after, the banana pudding is ! They also make some awesome home made lemonade, highly recommend the blue The atmosphere is awesome, very kid friendly with lawn games and a huge green lawn for the kids to play on. If you’re ever around the bucs stadium it is well worth a visit!!!
