It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. Well this is my go to spot.. however this last stop wasn’t particularly a good time… Ordered through the drive thru. And when I got to my friends house it was not what I expected… My soda was terrible flat and no flavor. And the fries tasted like they had been sitting for at least an hour.. and my extra bacon was well let’s say suspect… You guys are still my go to.. just do better…

You know I used to enjoy your food when I was a young girl back in the 80’s but now your food is TRASH! Disgusting to say the least! Thank God that In n Out us now in Texas! The lettuce is far from being fresh and the bun was moist from the lettuce and drenched in sauce! I also didn’t appreciate getting the end slice of the tomato. What a pitiful little slice of tomato.

Average experience, around 3 or 4am is the time when there is little to no wait, so this trip was good. My food was correct, which I find rare if I order more than 1 meal with a wait.

Ordered at 12:17, didn’t get our food till 12:54 because I asked for it. There was only a dad and a son dining in at the same time as me. Drive thru was dead. Employees said they came to look for me, nobody came around or called out my number. Atmosphere wasn’t picked up. Burger was warm, fries were cold. Don’t recommend this place to dine in.

Typical fast food place, not very notable. It just has a little larger than average burger size with a little larger than average price. This location was fairly busy but didn’t have much of a wait at all for food. The cleanliness of the tables and chairs were pretty bad and they were struggling to keep up with other cleaning tasks as well even when I saw multiple staff standing around not doing anything behind the front counter. Other than that it was an average experience with fairly quick service.

Customer service used to be so much better, but they seemed to have gone down dramatically in the last several years. Food is still good, but takes more than a while if they have too many people at the same time. The place could be cleaner. The staff is all pretty young, which is not a bad thing, but they don’t seem to be trained efficiently on customer service. This one time we went all the fries were burnt
