I just got a gig near this location and decided to stop and get some boneless wings for lunch last week!I opted for an 8 piece with garlic parm and lemon pepper wings. They were delicious and the fries were also extremely yummy! Will definitely go back to this location!

This Wingstop was beyond disappointing. First of all, we walked in and it was very dirty. Trash all over the floor, counters were sticky. But I get sometimes you get busy, it’s fine. But I ordered 40 wings and couldn’t eat half of them. The amount of grease in my container was absolutely disgusting. It ended up leaking all over everything else in my bag and onto my car seats. I will not be getting wings from this location anymore.

I made an Order on the app, the delivery was wrong and called many time to the store , their solution was to bring back my order and they can make it over again after waiting over an hour for my order. When I got there they told me everything was in the bag and I was missing 45 wings and I order 75 wings . I told them they can check the order and that it was impossible to fit all in one bag. I asked for my refund and was not given a receipt . Lady at the front told me she received the food and that everything was being recorded and that I will get my money back in 3-5 business days.

Arrive 10 minutes after my promised ready time to only not be greeted and wait another 15 minutes for my food. Get in my car and try a wing to only discover my wings and fries are NOT HOT. So it took the girl 15 minutes to bag my food? Hire someone who is fit to work at a reasonable pace she moves like molasses. Very unpleasant as well your workers look miserable. Your store opened at 11:00 not 11:30 your employees need to be prepared.

I’m not even sure how the food tastes, as I didn’t even get a chance to order. By far, this group of, so called employees, have a job. If you ever want to understand, why there are minimum wage employees, look no farther and come in and try to order food.

Order took almost 45 minutes after it said ready to pick up in the app. Employees don’t seem like they care about anything, standing around yelling at each other, wearing headphones, completely ignoring the 10+ people in the lobby trying to pick up or order food. Upon receiving my food, I set it down on the counter for 10 seconds to fill up my drink and someone tried to steal my food, hiding it behind them and made it to the door before I called them out and they turned around and gave it back. Then I get home and half of my order is wrong so I bring back the wrong half and they tell me why did you eat some of it as they laugh like it doesn’t matter. I told them I brought back the half that was wrong and they also forgot the ranch we paid extra for. They laughed at me again and after waiting a while longer finally got the correct order. Almost 2 hours from placing the order to actually sitting down and eating. The worst part is the food wasn’t even that good, like a 5/10 at best. This place sucks and the employees should be required to wear helmets for how dumb they are.

This place is shady af! Placed an order for delivery. Food was cold and they forgot my drink then someone stole my debit card info hacked my account the very next day! Next visit, I went in person to not use any cc or debit card and forgot my cellphone there. I placed it on the table while checking my food 🙁 Called the very next day as soon as they opened, no one knew anything. Went in to speak to manager, no one knew anything…….will never step foot in this place again!!!!

This place never misses. One thing I would say is that the fries are always incredibly dark and soggy, idk if that’s five guys standard but I personally am not a fan of it. Garlic parm wings are incredibly delicious
