Ordering from Dominos is always a quick and painless task! The staff are always super nice and on time!! The only suggestion I have is to raise the cash amount when Ordering from the app. The app caps you at $50 and my bill always comes to $58. So I usually take off an item so I can get my points. But yeah the app is super easy u can order with cash so that’s a plus. They are open late!! Honestly thank God for Dominos!!!!

Normally order from here but never again. My fiancé waited for them to get our pizzas for 20+ minutes. They had to remake her pizza after screwing it up then she came back to the apartment, and they gave us the wrong pizza for the one I ordered. Completely different pizza. Super unprofessional and they didn’t offer anything in compensation, refund, coupons, etc. don’t order from here after 9pm.

The worst pizza restaurant and customer experience EVER. The meat was spoiled on the pie after 6 people in my house all said the same exact thing and threw it away. Mind you, we purchased several things but the pizza with the pepperoni was no good. When we called to address the situation they put us on hold for over 16 minutes. We hung up and calledback and the Manager wouldn’t even come to the phone. We waited and called back. This time when we called back after another 11 minute hold the Manager got on the phne and told us to pick it out of the garbage. For starters we didn’t ask for anything to begin with furthermore we weren’t that hard up. Our point really was so no one else would get sick but this Manager didn’t care! I would have given ZERO Stars if I could have!

I have ordered from domino’s a million times. Never have I ever had such an awful experience. I ordered food for delivery with my paypal account. Forgot to change the phone number. The app told me my order was being made and was in quality check. 40 minutes pass and nothing. I finally call the store and they tell me they haven’t made it because I gave the wrong number and they couldn’t confirm it. I’ve never had to confirm anything. So they then told me they would get onto making it. 10 more minutes pass, I get a call saying they need proof of my payment because my account name doesn’t match my payment info and because the number was wrong. I am transgender. My preferred name is not on my payment for legal reasons, and yet they told me they could not make my order until I proved I was who I was. At this point, an hour after making the order, I had them cancel it. I’ve never had this issue before and I’ve never felt more turned off by an experience. I understand if it’s policy, but why would the app continue to tell me my order is fine? Why would I be told it’s being made? This could have been avoided.
