I am a Door Dash deliverer, I went into the restaurant for a pick up of two order asked the lady at the front if I could use the ladies room since I still had to wait for the second order and she said “NO, restrooms are for customers only.” . would I not be considered a customer if I’m delivering their food to a costumer? ORDER DINNER FOR MY FAMILY. Items I order on the left , Items Received on the right. I called and a lady answered. After explaining the situation, She basically told me to come get my food myself without any form of apology after she confirm it was indeed their fault and that they didn’t give DoorDash my complete order. SHE CONTINUE TO TELL ME COME GET IT . No lady, I order delivery for a REASON. It shouldn’t be my responsibility to COME PICK UP FOOD YOU FAIL TO HAND TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER. And the crazy part is , The rice did we did receive actually was good and this was going to be my regular spot for dinners. But oh well. I RATHER SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY WHEN ITS RESPECTED AND APPRECIATED ‼️‼️

The egg food young is relatively expensive for just one patty and the chicken in the sesame and orange chicken dishes is not crispy but rather soggy. On the plus side, their soups and fried rice dishes are tasty and the portions are nice sized. Their beef and pork is also very tender and good. Overall decent place to order from but I have had better.

I didn’t get a chance to complete my order before the lady told me it would be extra to have my gravy places on the side of my egg foo young so it would be soggy by the time I get it home. I told her no it won’t and walk out! Place was a lil dirty and no business.
