Went into this location last night to get a 3 piece. It was almost 9 pm and store closed at 10:00pm. When I went to the restroom and came back the DeLos Santos’s lady was already locking up and said I couldn’t eat there, cause they were closing. I asked for a 3 piece the lady said it would take 25 mins to cook me 3 pieces. So she offered the white meat she had ready . The chicken was very dry, it had been sitting there too long.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEE.

I don’t like coming to the Mathis location because the ladies here are so rude and the food is a hit or miss. Not to mention waiting over 30 minutes in the drive thru after I paid, is ridiculous.

Horrible..absolutely horrible!! I paid over $48 and my chicken was hard as a brick, over cooked. Meat was burnt and dry under that hard crust and the macaroni was mush. Never ever again will I buy Church’s chicken

Always gets order wrong and refuses to give corporate number, instead tell me to write a review on the website. Wow. This was from the store manager and tells me there is no number to give out for customer service complaint. So many bad ratings, they need to change mgmt.

Went a got the chicken strip and 3 sides for my family. But I ordered a leg and a thigh for myself because I prefer dark meat. Got my order quickly and headed home. I live in Calallen and the Church’s is in Mathis. Only when I got home, my 2 piece dark was not with my order. So I paid $3 and change for nothing.

I was very skeptical about eating here because I haven’t ate at a Church’s Chicken in forever but, I must say today the staff was on point! Everything was amazing. Juicy Chicken stripes, soft biscuits. My only fuse is the flies inside and out. Feeding all those cats outside the door of the restaurant probably isn’t the smartest idea. The landscaping that we parked by was a huge litter box with tons of flies. But the staff was great and the food was Great!
