Haven’t been in awhile, but it looks like they updated the inside! Very clean, neat, and great staff. Got there on the back end of the lunch rush. Food was fresh, fast, and good. Definitely one of the best Golden Chick locations I’ve been to. Manager was very nice, and let us try a couple things we hadn’t tried before.

I placed a mobile order for pickup. I walked to the location and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and a girl finally came to the door and told me only the drive thru was open because they didn’t have enough people to work. I told her I walked and I had a mobile order. She allowed me to come inside while she put my order in a bag and handed it to me. When I got to work I opened the bag and realized she didn’t give me any utensils, napkins or any of the sauce I ordered. Food was good. Service was terrible. Make sure you check your order.

One of the rudest places I’ve ever placed an order from. The girl taking orders needs to get a new job. She cut me off every time before I could finish my sentence. Also, I ordered the 8tender combo only to get 6 HARD/dry strips! I now know why I don’t ever eat here. Never again.

On 5/19/23 we went thru drive-thru, Cynthia took our order, she was extremely rude but we continued to order – we ordered a family meal and specifically said we wanted all fried, mashed potatoes, fries and fam rice.

I had just left AT&T and decided to try Golden Chick. I have never eaten here before and went thru the drive thru. 1st impression was not good. Glass on menu was all busted up as if someone punched it. Was not greeted very friendly from the person taking orders from the drive thru. I told her to give me a sec because it was my first time eating their chicken and I wanted to look at the menu. I asked do you have any family specials and very rudely said ‘we don’t ever have specials’ I looked at menu to try a family order and thought it was kinda pricey for a 12 piece and 1 SIDE and biscuits for $38.99. SO I DROVE OFF and headed to Bill Miller’s instead where I can get a 20 piece, fries, bread, jalapeños, mash potatoes n gravy for $29.99.
