Second time this week they mess up my order. Ordered noodles and they gave me a side of veggies and receipt clearly states neither of what I ordered. Also ordered an egg roll and it wasn’t added to order. When food was handed to me it went to the side caused it to leak. I called several times no answer.

Went to this location on the way home and was disappointed by my order. I placed a mobile order while waiting in the long line, to get to the intercome to be told to come in, after waiting 15 minutes in the line. I go inside and get my food the lady at the register was super nice. Didn’t check my food, which was my error. There was all vegetables and more noodles then needed in a order or mushroom chicken. Called to speak to a manager and have been on hold going on ten minutes from the time, I started typing this review. A big waste of money.

Food was cool. But to have 10+ people working in dine is slow don’t make sense. The drive thru was this store main concern. People in the drive thru will get the food before you here. Management should worry about inside more then outside. We waited 10 mins before being served. Doesn’t make since.

Went inside to eat with my daughter. Took 10 minutes before our order was finally taken there was another associate taking the orders from drive thru not once did she acknowledge us or the the growing line of customers let alone ask for another associates help. Food was fine sat down only to find roaches crawling around. Super gross I can only imagine how clean the kitchen is if there are roaches in dinning area. Don’t think I want to return.

The food was great as always. Customer service at this location could be better. If I’m spending money in your establishment, then you should show more enthusiasm speaking / welcoming your guests especially when the guest are trying to engage in friendly conversation with you. Nevertheless, it doesn’t take away from the fact that the food was good. Employees can always be replaced, but there is no substitute for good tasting food. (-:

This meal was very undercooked. I took one bite and it wasn’t good at all. The flavor was there on the outside. But the chicken itself is not cooked all the way. It tastes like it was heated in the microwave and slapped in a to go box. I can’t believe I wasted 9 bucks on this.

It’s not usually like this but I guess I can only get fresh food when I walk in smh. My food was old as if it had been sitting under a lamp all day. The food was stale and cold and my Sprite tasted like carbonated water which means their sprite in the soda machine is out! This is an outrage!! Truly bottom of the barrel today Panda Express!!!!!

If you want chain Chinese food then this is a great place to eat. Food is usually very good and service is ok most of the time. They will close early at times and they do run out of food as they near closing so don’t wait until the last minute to go.
