Stopped going here years ago. The place is run down, and the service is almost non-existent. At lunchtime, you would think that the hot and ready pizzas would be available. But nope, they had to cook them. Only two employees in the store. One lady acted like taking an order was the last thing on earth she wanted to do. The other was busy on her cell phone. Pizza dough was soft and tasted undercooked. Will not be back here again.

Absolutely terrible! First off the employees need to be re-trained this is not how you cook a deep deep dish pizza. And the sad part is I’m pretty sure the manager was the one who cooked this. She was a bigger sized girl. I saw her pulling more pizzas out of the oven that were deep dish and they looked horrible just like mine so she doesn’t know how to cook them. They are using the same classic crust that comes on a normal pizza. Its almost like a normal pizza in a rectangular shape that’s what they are selling you. Just look at the picture it looks nothing like a deep deep dish. There is another customer who has a deep deep dish 4 weeks down on the reviews that was cooked wrong too just look for yourself this is how they are cooking the deep deep dish pizzas and it’s wrong!!!!

I called my order in. And asked for extra butter and parmesan on my bread sticks these things came hard I literally knocked on the table. The thin crust was dry and flimsy. The sauce for my bread sticks tasted spoiled. $57.20 down the drain. NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE… DONT WASTE YOUR TIME……

This was supposed to be the new pepperoni pizza to the edge with cheese around it. The crust was so thick you couldn’t even eat it. Also nowhere near the amount of pepperoni I was expecting. Looks nothing like the pizza in the ad .

Ordered a simple 3 meat pizza with light sauce. Got their 5 meat overload pizza. If I had called in I could understand. Because I used the app this should not have happened. When I arrived I told one of the workers what I had ordered and when it was repeated back wrong I thought I was hearing things. Offered to make another pizza without sausage because they are out. Ignoring the fact that I drove 30 minutes home before I found out my order was wrong. Do they wanted me to drive an hour to fix their mistake.

This is the worst place you could ever go it takes an hour and a half if you order inside to get a pizza and that would be with only two two or three people standing in their their employees cuss and fight and throw things and your food is never ready on time and then it’s under done
