You get a greeting as soon as you walk in, and Elizabeth is very nice and respectful. From what I noticed she treats everyone the same, even a person that seemed to be homeless received the same treatment as myself and others. Restaurant is very clean and everyone real nice. It’s not easy to find places where they treat you like a human being and respect.

The burger seemed like it was microwaved. It was really weird because being the only car in the drive thru, it took like 15 minutes to get my meal. The fries were cold and stale. The patty and bottom bun were inconsistently warm,rubbery, and soggy with grease, but the top bun was cold and stale. They say it’s “special sauce,” but it’s literally just ketchup and mayo on the top bun; not even mixed. It’s just 2 condiments on the top bun. I only go here when “Jack in the box” is only accepting cash, lol

So, I just want to put this out there ! Please careful when using a debit card …. I went to Carl’s jr on 1/9 around 5:30pm the amount I paid was $26 with some change. Well today 1/29 I see a transaction of $21 at 6am trying to charge my card!!!keep in mind that right now I’m in another state!I also have screenshots of my bank statement !!!! I had to call my bank to get my card replaced!
