My husband and I are locals and went through the drive thru about half an hour ago. We were greeted with “it’s gonna be a minute.” And then followed by a long wait behind a long line of cars. That’s not a problem for us. What is a problem is, I asked the cashier how her night was, she replied with “shitty. As usual.” I gave her $26 cash for the order and she gave me back all buckles then said “I owe you about 10 cents.. I’m sure I have a dime on me somewhere.” Then proceeded to check her pockets. I told her to forget about the 10 cents, and she replied with “oh, ok” like it’s normal. She then began helping on the line to get food ready, but did not wash her hands, nor did she wear gloves. I’m sorry but this woman also appeared like she hadn’t showered in some time, so I presume she’s not the cleanest.Then we waited another 10/15 minutes for our food. There was a guy who was running the finished food to the guests car. After he would deliver the food and turn around to go back into the store he would hit his vape a few times and then go grab more food to be ran. In the time it took him to go get our food and bring it to us, I’m sure he didn’t wash his hands either. We checked our food and we were missing a side of fries. My husband went in and waited about 10 minutes before the same rude cashier lady yells “why are they parked there.” Talking about my car because she has asked us to move forward to wait on our food. My husband replied to her and explained they forgot our fries after a now 30 minute horrible experience. For fast food. She served him the fries, and then he said “thank you.” And she said “yeah.” My husband was obviously upset and in the end, this woman LAUGHED ABOUT IT. Idk who is running this place, but something has to change and it has to start with its employees. The fries we received should not even be served to the public and my chicken was completely saturated and soggy by the time we got home. We heard good things about this KFC and have given it 3 tries now and come to the decision we’ll never go back here again. Here is a picture of the fries we were given. Bummer.

My great grandparents and I came for a 12pc family dinner. We were not greeted with kind faces. We were just glared at and got very minimal answers back. We got twelve pieces of chicken but they put only thighs and 2 legs in there. No wings or breast. They never once asked if that was okay to do. Which it wasn’t. We also ordered two large mash potatoes for a couple of our sides. With the gravy on the side… there was literally not even an inch of gravy in each little gravy cup. NOT OKAY. My grandparents paid $60 dollars for this food and it was not worth it at all. This is the second time this has happened.

Went to drive thru. The guy says I’ll get you you in a minute. Like he is busy, one other customer in front of us. Asks what we want we say 8 piece family. He say OK we don’t have this that and the other. None of which had to do with chicken. And his attitude said fu. So we left. I see why you don’t have customers, with help like that

Pulled up to the speaker, no one answered, eventually they did. Pulled up to the window and a coworker opens it, doesn’t tell us the total just stares at us. Made one of our drinks and not the other, and right after proceeds to pull their phone out as it kept going off, I said I ordered another drink and was completely ignored by the crew member on their phone, the manager comes up behind so I told him, yet says nothing to his crew member standing on his phone not even responding to me. Got home with our food and the nuggets were hard nor did we get the fries we ordered. Absolute worst service I ever had. SHOCKED!!

First of all the order window box was broken. As I placed my order I could see inside an it was not good no gloves and employees look grungy. Food was gross I threw it out. greasy soggy one piece burnt. Clean this place up how they are ever open.

all our sides in a family meal were so small. coleslaw couldnt get one spoonfull per person family of 4 masged potatoes looks like ome scoop of potatoes in the container what the hell……. was told a time and had to sit there and extra 20minutes redicilous when you order ahead….. very slow workers most likely will not return to location no quality control wherea the managets at that should be checking this stuff?

Ordered ahead just to wait for the order then i asked if everything was here. The woman said yes. When I got home two items were completely missing. One sandwich was the wrong kind and the chicken was sloppy and mushy. I get that it’s only fast food but when you spend almost $40 to feed a family just for all of it to be messed up is very frustrating! Not worth the time or gas money.
