I ordered Uber Eats and $50 worth at 230am while I was closing the bar. One driver canceled, the 2nd one showed up and sent me a message on the app apologizing because you guys were closed. I spent an hour trying to get my order canceled and my money back because yall decided to leave Uber Eats open as an option when yall were closed. Huge waste of time, still hungry and equally annoyed over this. Thanks to whoever either left the Uber orders active or whoever accepted it…since someone from the restaurant had to accept the order….and then decided to not answer the drive thru/Uber driver. Good thing Jack in the Box was open and doesn’t pull this. It may be almost 2 hrs later when I get my food, but at least they came through.

Staff nicer / more familiar than commonly found in the realm of fast food chains. Food quality has seen better times in the past (at least for Burritos, my personal impression) not to mention pricing – but where isn’t that through the roof anyways these days?

I just had such a disgusting experience. I ordered food at the drive thru and ordered some burgers with the waffle fries. As I was eating the fries I bit into the most disgusting tasting fry. It wasn’t a rotten taste, it tasted so foul and like nothing that could be edible. I spit it out as soon as I bit into it but I also didn’t want to look at it for fear of seeing something more disgusting. Who knows if it had anything to do with the restaurant itself or if the fries had already come like that from the distribution center, but please be aware of this. The rest of my family did not want to eat their meals for fear of it being contaminated with whatever was in my fry. Also I had already eaten a few fries that tasted like they usually do then was hit with that gross fry.

Typical Carl’s Jr. Took awhile to get our food though despite not being very busy in the restaurant. Service was pleasant and they apologized though for the wait so all good. I’d go back.

The person who took my order was pleasant but the food was very disappointing. The guacamole double burger didn’t have any guacamole but some greenish pico de gallo and I ordered 5 chicken strips but 1 normal size 2 were smaller another one is much smaller and some crumbs. See attached. The person who packaged the chicken strips doesn’t know how to count. Really bad experience when coming home hungry and getting this.

Went to try the #BeyondMeat burger for the fam & a friend. Weirdly, they had us pull out of the drive thru & wait in the parking lot. It was long enough for someone to go in & use the restroom & take pix of the menu for me. Maybe they make the effort to serve the Beyond patty separately . The burgers were a good size & we had leftovers. Yum!
