Did a mobile order for two of the shredded beef grilled cheese taco deluxe boxes. Got to the window and was asked to back up behind the yellow pole. A short time later I was waved to pull forward to get my order. Hand me a bag full of food and I pass it to my wife. Get home to find that the main piece of the box that we ordered was missing, on both orders. Tried to call several times and no one ever picked up. Not worth the time or gas money to drive back and try to convince someone they forgot two key items on the orders.

Placed an online order but they forgot an entire 3 Taco Supremes that were listed at the top of the receipt. Had to go back in and wait for them to make the Tacos. Staff and Management need to pay attention to each order and not rush orders “off the screen” just to improve drive thru and pickup orders. Accuracy is more important than speed and TB Corporate needs to push Accuracy of orders versus Speed of Service. All this does is delay future orders.

Shore gave me the run around . Gave my order through speaker then i was told to go to window. waited then girl told me no orders at window. wanted me to go around to reorder at speaker there were no other customers inside or outside . Gave me the impression did not want my business .

Zero stars should be an option!!!!! HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING AND UNAPOLOGETICALLY RUDE. I don’t know who owns this particular franchise but I would think that maybe they would be curious as to why their customers are upset. Cashier was so high, she couldn’t count change or receive an order. The order was wrong, I went in to have it fixed met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be reporting this location to the chain, card machine was broke….AGAIN….. I have not been this upset over a ridiculous situation in a long time. Wasted money, and had to get rid of most of it and cook dinner anyway. Do better.

20 minutes to pick up an order placed online. Watched the drive thru line dwindle down..employees and friends came and got food and I was ignored the entire time I waited. Worst taco bell in history. And I love taco bell so believe me. Filthy dining room even tho it’s closed for dining. It’s nothing more than a hang out for the people working..
