I liked it! Even though you ordered in the store, you get the to-go presentation. My favorite was zucchini pesto, it was delicious, also you have gluten-free options so you can enjoy noodles. The staff was nice and kind. The place is neat and clean. You should try it.

First off, the second I walked in I noticed all of the tables were dirty. Not a single place to sit was clean. Workers ignored me and seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation. But Ok, i decided I was going to just going to order and take my food to go and eat at home. Since I was not dining in, I chose to leave no tip. Why would I tip if I’m waiting on myself. The woman behind the counter huffed at me as soon as I hit no tip. It wasn’t until I got home with my meal that I realized what happened. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Pesto Cavatapi, and of course there was only like 2 pieces of chicken in my order and it was sloppily thrown together with the worst looking grossest pieces of chicken!! So disappointing that Noodles forces customers to pay their workers wages. I shouldnt need to feel that if I don’t tip on an order IM WAITING ON, that the workers are going to retaliate and screw with my meal! Ridiculous, I’ll never visit here again. I went to a different location and my meal included 6-7 pieces of chicken, freshly grilled with great customer service. Avoid this location if possible!

Ordered a Penne Rosa, soup, salad, and baguette to go for myself and another person for lunch. The Penne Rosa didn’t have any mushrooms or spinach in it and barely any tomatoes. Why charge me the cost of the original dish when you aren’t going to include all the ingredients? The Cesar Salad didn’t have fresh lettuce and the soup was cold and wasn’t reheated through – which means they aren’t serving fresh soup. I was there to pick up my food at 1:30pm so it wasn’t like it was near closing time. Also, the staff was very rude. They didn’t have signs about where to go or how to pick up online orders so when I went to look at the orders on the shelves they yelled at me instead of explaining the process to a customer. Will not be going back again.

Food was okay but customer service is not it! Since the moment I walked in I was greeted with an attitude. Employee Tiara seemed bothered to even take my order. Then brings the food to my table and pretty much throws it at me like she did my water cup. Wow! Disgusting attitude. I will never ever go back to this location.

Delicious noodles. Ordered from door dash and the food arrived hot and fresh. We tried the buttered noodles, Japanese pan noodles, Mac and cheese, and steak stroganoff noodles. All were a hit. Definitely recommend to try the buttered noodles with grilled chicken, Delicious combination!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of food and service at this location. I typically go to the noodles & company in oakbrook or glen ellyn every other week and always order the same thing and have never had a problem with quality.This was the first time I came to this location and my food was extremely burnt and flavorless. In addition, I usually don’t mind when employees are quiet because I know how demanding customer service can get, but the employees here did not even say a single word to me when I asked for my pickup order. Overall will not return to this location again.
