Nice little restaurant right on the main strip in Bertram. We were greeted, and seated, quickly. Service was great, restaurant was clean, food came out quick and served hot. Overall a good dining experience and we will be returning.

Love this place! Traditional Mexican food. The only complaint I have is that management needs to turn the air conditioner down a little more to make the environment more comfortable, other than this love this establishment.

I love the Bertram location. The food is delicious and affordable. The service is excellent and it is authentic Mexican Food. Thank you for offering a variety of dishes and for staying open until late.

So I happen to frequent this joint often. I can’t give it 5 stars because of what 5 stars represents to most people that know that rating. The food is good. The service is good. The atmosphere is good. I go all the time and would recommend it to anyone looking 4 a good Texmex restaurant. However it’s not 5 stars. Sometimes parking can be rough, at either location, and they’re not the fastest with their service. However; they’re not fastest because they take their time preparing a great meal and they have no control over the size of their parking lot. But the place is solid. Definitely worth trying. Love their enchiladas!

We have been regulars for almost 10 years at the location here in Bertram. We went in today for Mother’s day and the servers had not mentioned that there would be no rice. When the food was brought out, they stated that they did not have any rice. During the middle of our meal, we realized that every other group had rice being brought out with their plate, they even asked if a lady wanted extra rice?? They never once asked if they could bring us some rice or even checked on us after bringing out the food. When we went to pay we had mentioned the miscommunication and the lady responded with “yeah” and didn’t have any words after that. It was rather disappointing that she honestly just didn’t care and didn’t think it was her problem, even after she had brought out the food. I hope this establishment can learn some bare minimum customer service. We are upset that after this long we can’t even get that.

Upon arrival I was greeted immediately. The waitress took my drink order and returned for my dinner order. I had the tacos and a Miller Lite. The Tacos were tasty and with 5 of them was more than filling. The beer was cold. The waitress returned to check on me on a few occasions. They failed to ask me if I wanted another beer.. therefore the 4 star. I would definitely eat here again.

1 Star, We stopped to have breakfast there today, gotta say, we’ve been to a lot of mexican restaurants and this by far is the worst service ever, you’d think because we’re Hispanic we’d be treated with respect, but, no, it all seems that white people were treated with more respect, all the employees were Hispanic, that’s the worst part of it, the food was mediocre. I suggest ladies you learn how to treat customer’s that ARE NOT your regulars, we asked for extra thing’s, we got pushed aside, even when we walked in, they saw us and took them forever to attend us, it all seems they were being RACIST against their own race, how sick . We WON’T be back.
