We had a wonderful experience here. The loaded fries were the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress Marie was so friendly, and the service she gave us was awesome. We ordered the wings with several toppings, and they were great too. We will definitely go back!

Our Peggy was attentive and super nice. The food was good especially the giant pretzel appetizer and pulled pork mac n cheese. Atmosphere was nice, spacious and clean. Occasionally late at night cigarette smells from the hotel above waft in so that ruins it a little (I’m sensitive to smoke) but it wasn’t awful. I’m looking forward to going back especially for karaoke!

Absolutely disgusting. Waste of my money it wasn’t even edible. This is the Bourbon bacon blue. I have no idea what I received. Uncooked patty of fake meat. Dry. Fries are burnt. I really need a refund. Nothing at all was edible here. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away just look at my pictures. Yuck.

I ordered delivery through GrubHub and the driver picked up the wrong order. When I called Ales on 6th, they were so helpful. They contacted GrubHub and GrubHub was very unhelpful and wouldn’t send a driver back to make it right. The manager called me back and told me he was bringing my order to me himself. They went above and beyond to give me a great customer experience. I can not express enough what a wonderful experience I have had with them. Not to mention the food was awesome! Definitely a customer for life!

Everything was great! The food was hot and the windings special on Tuesday is the best!! My ONLY critique would be to toss the wings in sauce rather than drizzle. The sauces were delicious, the wings were cooked to perfection…just needed more sauce

Took over 1 hour to get a burger and cheese steak sub. When they did come, dry, tasteless and missing half the toppings. Only good thing was food taken off bill. Never came during hour wait to check on drinks.
